- HBHussein BaqerJun 21, 20261.0Seems like everyone here complaining about showers not working. Cause the women in there don’t want to clean them. They turn off some of the lights in the bathroom and say their power was down and they can’t let you use the shower cause you’ll slip and fall they will be liable for it. Well it’s weird how everything else in the pilot works the inside lights the machines the pumps even the bathroom that also have 2 showers in there had light they just turn off couple of lights in the bathroom to use this as an excuse so they don’t have to keep cleaning them showers for the customers. Absolutely ignorant and not right

- SCShawn CrockettMay 27, 20261.0My fiance and I are door dashers. We picked up a dash for you pilot/subway location on north dixie highway off I-75. My fiance went in to get the order. She was told that the order was stolen due to them not asking for proof of the person bring a dasher. She walks out to the car which we were parked at the fuel pumps. I see three individuals, 1 in a high vis shirt and I believe 2 that were not wearing pilot uniform shirts. One guy I think was from tge subway side held his hand pretty high so that I saw him as he was flipping her off. These folks that are on the midnight crew are very childish and unprofessional. They need to seriously be retrained on how to deal with customers and the public in general. I think I will not visit this location and tell everyone I know to stay away unless they like to be treated poorly.

However, she cut me off mid-sentence, stating they couldn't print anything and that I'd have to wait until the next morning when the manager would be available. She ended our interaction abruptly, wishing me a good day. I found this experience strange, especially considering it was just a small printout. Apparently, their manager is the only one authorized to assist with printing, which seems inconvenient for customers visiting in the evening.
- BABurak AltuntasMay 6, 20261.0Today, May 5, 2026, two elderly women were on duty. Either teach them that customers have rights, or do not allow them to work. After waiting 40 minutes to take a bath, they told me they would not let me bathe. Do not hire people like this.
