  Took my vehicle in to have said repairs replaced took 3 days and this is the job that I received. They only agreed to replace the grill. I took it back next day long story short owner Carrie? Not sure about correct name, said who worked on this car before? I said only monroe collision and that this was first time i went somewhere different because that is who state farm uses. 1,533 in "work". Took is straight to monroe collision and I have a 2 thousand repair bill for the repairs gerber just did. I was then told there were zip ties holding the bumper together when they got it and that they could produce pictures. I would love to now see those pictures. I advise against gerber based on the very thrown together and shotty job that was done. If they did not do it correctly the first time when I paid I doubt be done correctly the 2nd. One picture where the grill is detached from the car that's how I got it back pointed it out to them cut my finger in process the red is the blood. When the put the bumper back on they over tightened the screw and cracked my paint job that they also did on this job. Waited extra day for paint to dry for them to crack the paint putting it back on. They only agreed to replace the grill. The hood has such a gap on one side i can fit my entire finger in it. Rather just go and have it done correctly and pay out of pocket. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.

  I’ve unfortunately had to take my car in to Gerber twice in the past few months for some body work. Both times, my car has come back looking brand new. They did such a good job of not only repairing but my car also looks brand new and detailed on the inside too. The prices are great and they’re so easy to work with, they always make sure I’m happy with the result and make sure there are no issues. Love the team at Monroe Gerber- If I ever need body work again, no question where I’m going!

  My daughter had her car towed there after an accident. Place did excellent repair work and was very professional. If i ever need collision work going forward I'll definitely use them.

  Great experience. The team there was easy to work with, communication was clear, but not overwhelming, and they did a fantastic job on the repairs.
