  I was supposed to pick up a rental today paid for by insurance company of insured person who hit my van, while my van is repaired. Enterprise would not rent me vehicle because I didn't have a credit card. I'm not even paying for the rental, why do I need a credit card. Guy was rude about it as well.

  We reserved a vehicle TWO WEEKS in advance, completed the check-in process ahead of time, and were preparing for a major drive to Washington, D.C. We arrived expecting the vehicle we reserved, only to be told they had NO CARS AVAILABLE. No call. No warning. No backup plan. Nothing. The staff acted like this was completely normal and told us we could sit there for FOUR HOURS and “maybe” a car would become available. Maybe? For a confirmed reservation? That’s unacceptable. What’s the point of making a reservation if Enterprise doesn’t actually reserve the vehicle? We planned an important trip around this rental and were left scrambling at the last second because this location clearly cannot manage inventory or communicate with customers. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. We were treated like our time meant absolutely nothing. If you actually need a vehicle for an important trip, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. This location is unreliable, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating to deal with.

  My family and I rented a full size SUV for a five day trip to Arkansas and back to visit my son and his family. Jason the manager at the Telegraph road branch was very helpful and professional. He made it so simple. I highly recommend this branch specifically. We received a newish Jeep wagoneer with low miles. It was perfect for our trip. Lots of room and very comfortable. When we returned we were promptly checked in without hassles or waiting. We will definitely use Enterprise for future trips. Again Jason was a key factor in prompting me to write a review. He never asked for one but he deserves a shout out! Great service. Great vehicle. No hassles or waiting.. great experience! Thank you Enterprise! Thank you Jason!

  Jason the manger is amazing to work with. Our vacation started off with getting rental cars for our large family. They did not have one of the car's we reserved. However, Jason upgraded us to a better car. He was friendly and polite the whole interaction. The car's were wonderful to use during the long trip. When we returned the car's after the trip we were lucky enough to get to work with Jason again. We just usually rent from wherever the cheapest price is but from now on as long as Jason is the manager we will get our rentals from this site.
