  Jason at this location is by far the most helpful person I have encountered at any enterprise location. Goes above and beyond whenever I go in. Extremely patient and welcoming.

  Enterprise Monroe Reservation Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Monroe while trying to get a rental vehicle for an insurance claim. I called the Monroe location around 10:00 AM and specifically confirmed my reservation. I was told they would have a vehicle ready for me by noon. Noon came and went, and I never received a call or any update from the location. Around 2:00 PM, I called Monroe back myself. I was then told they expected to have a vehicle returning from an oil change in approximately an hour or two. At that point, I started calling other Enterprise locations myself to see if I could find a vehicle. I eventually found out that the Enterprise location in Dearborn had a vehicle available. Because I needed a rental and couldn’t continue waiting, I packed everything up and drove approximately 45 minutes to Dearborn. I arrived there around 5:30 PM and was able to walk in and get a vehicle. What makes the situation especially frustrating is that Monroe never once attempted to contact me after I had confirmed the reservation that morning. I had to repeatedly call them, find another location on my own, and drive nearly an hour out of my way just to get the rental vehicle I needed. I understand that rental inventory can change and that unexpected delays happen, especially with vehicles coming back from service. However, once a customer has confirmed a reservation and is relying on that vehicle because of an insurance claim, basic communication should be expected. A simple phone call letting me know they couldn’t fulfill the reservation would have allowed me to make other arrangements much earlier and saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend the Monroe Enterprise location.

  Enterprise has the greatest, most professional, friendliest staff. I enjoyed my car rental experience immensely and wouldn't hesitate to rent a vehicle from Monroe, Michigan Enterprise, again and again!!!!!

  Man, I had a great experience with Enterprise on Telegraph & Evergreen in Monroe. Was solid professional, quick, and easy to work with from start to finish. Shoutout to Jason especially he did his thing and made sure everything was handled the right way. I came all the way from Arizona, and he made me feel taken care of like I was a regular. That kind of service don’t go unnoticed. Car was clean, ready to go, no issues at all. They kept it smooth, no stress, no hassle. If you need a rental, this is definitely the spot. I’ll be back for sure.
