I was really happy with my experience with the Snethkamp service experience. They were able to get me in at the last minute for an oil change, gave me a ride to and pick up from work, and helped me determine which service I would and wouldn’t need going forward.
I purchased a used lease return low miles vehicle a little over a week or so ago from this dealership. I’m not at all pleased with the purchase . So when the wife and I test drove the vehicle there was like a strange smell somewhat like a chemical/perfume smell. We couldn’t put our finger on exactly what the smell was let alone what odor they was trying to mask we didn’t really think anything about it. So when we went back The following day to purchase the vehicle and do all the paperwork the vehicle was in the back getting cleaned and detailed. So After a few moments of setting there the sales agent finally pulled the vehicle around To the side of the building and put the license plate on it. He come walking back in the door, thanked us for our business. The wife and I went to leave She walked over to get in her vehicle As soon as I Opened up the door to the vehicle the smell of cigarette smoke Hit me right in the face. I was so tempted to walk right back in there and go off on them about the smell. So since I’ve owned this vehicle I’ve noticed burn holes in the cloth seats that they try to fix by using some type of fiber that Matches the color of the seating which come off when I was scrubbing the seating to get the nicotine tar and smell off the cloth Seats. I’ve Also noticed burn hole on the council that they tried to fix. I’ve done everything to try to get the smoke smell out of the vehicle I even bought a ozone generator and placed it in the vehicle for over 10 hours. The smell.just keeps coming back. I’m going to have the seats reupholstered to leather in the next month so hopefully that will work. I may have to switch out the headliner along with the carpet to. Just be careful While buying a vehicle from this place. Make sure you see the vehicle prior To signing your paperwork, don’t let them pull the vehicle up at the end after you signed like we did.. I feel that they are nothing but a bunch of con-artist and will do what ever is necessary to make a sale. If I could give them a zero star, I would give them a zero.

Went in for some warranty work to replace the water pump on my durango. They had that done the same day at no cost to me. They also succesfully found a fault in the wiring on my Uconnect system, which fixed the error I have been getting. Dodge would not cover that under warranty. Overall great experience with the service adivsor and tech there.

I purchased this used GMC from Tom Dennett, who did a great job on the sale. The truck showed very well; there were a couple of small issues that they took care of on it. I drove it home, and the next day the transmission had a catastrophic failure. Chad Forster, the pre-owned sales manager, reached out. Good people; they stand behind the sale. Chad gave me the option of a full refund or repair. I went the repair route; they replaced it with a femanned trans with a warranty. You win some, you lose some. I know this was a loser deal for them, but I must say that, as far as a quality used sales dealer, I don't think anyone could do better. In my opinion, it was a huge win for Snethkamp's team and their integrity in maintaining long-term customer relationships. I personally have to say thank you, and they will win any future used business from me. 100% would recommend them. I also want to emphasize how they stood behind a competing manufacturer's product.
