    I wanted to use this location since it’s convenient for car pickup and walking distance from work. I first booked through Priceline and immediately after booking, I received a call from an employee at this location that they are sold out and Priceline inventory is not up to date. I then checked Enterprise website and it allowed me to book the same reservation on their own website. The employee declined to provide a car because it was a one way rental with pickup in Midland and drop off in Detroit. It is against Enterprise policies to discriminate based on customer needs and they are not allowed to locally define their own rules if Enterprise allows a particular booking. Other reviews also mention the employees lying to customers and being dishonest. I would not recommend this location and also suggest that Enterprise corporate look into the practices at this location.
