- AAAJMay 7, 20261.0I had my oil changed here before a 2,000+ mile road trip. When I got back, I started getting low oil level warnings. I checked it and found the oil was extremely low. I decided to change it myself to be safe, and when I removed the drain plug, it wasn’t even properly tightened. I was able to take it off by hand with no tools. That’s a serious issue. The engine was clearly losing oil, and if that plug had fallen out while driving, it could have caused catastrophic engine damage. I spoke with Dan about it, and his response was simply ‘oh, okay.’ No apology, no concern, and no attempt to make it right. This is basic work that should never be done incorrectly. I won’t be returning to have work done on my vehicle by this shop.
