  Front desk was sarcastic with me. Do you want me to jack your car up in the parking lot? And other none helpful sarcastic statements about the car. I will now be avoiding this store as much as possible.

  Very disappointed in the service I received. This was my first Belle Tire experience. I chose your store because you had the tires in stock I needed for the time frame I need them installed. I paid on line two days before and booked my appointment. I received my confirmation that everything was set. I arrived at the store to find out that only two tires were on site even though I paid for four tires. I took off work to be there that morning and was not able to reschedule that day due to work and other meetings I had in the evening. Bob worked with me and was kind. I rescheduled for Friday morning and was promised a quick service. So to me I was as thinking an hour tops. I was 15 minutes late which I will own. The man who waited on me Friday was grumpy and short. Your computer system again stated that I only had two tires. Thankfully Bob overheard and piped in to explain. They took my keys at 8:25am or so and around 9:45am I went to enquire how much longer. Bob explained they couldn't find my tires so that was causing my service to take longer. I ended up receiving my car at 10:09am. I asked if there were any discounts for the inconvenience and Bob said that he could give me a discount to come back for a service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

  Ive had issues with sidewall dry rot on 2 separate sets of tires from this bell tire the first set they replaced no argument and said it was abnormal wear when the second set also had developed this defect they blew me off and refused to replace them and said it was normal and the first person who looked at my tires and had them replaced at this location “didnt know what he was talking about”

  Do not recommend Purchased new rim due to curb damage along with getting new tires, they damaged the rims that we not getting replaced and decided only to replace one. Now the two rims that they installed are flaking. they won't do anything about it due to being just out of 1 year warranty. 8 sets of tires and six rims bought and this is how they treat customers. Do not recommend going here.

  Would not recommend. I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning. It had been making a noise for the last couple weeks sounding like something catching metal to metal worse than nails across a chalk board. My husband drove the car last night and thought we should have it checked out . So after dropping it off 15 mins later we get a call stating,"the mechanic couldn't hear anything and neither could the desk guy who checked us in." My husband further told it's making the noise he heard it last night and asked if they had put it on the hoist before calling us?! No we hadn't was the response. So they hung up so they could do so not even 10 minutes later we got another call stating things looked ok! To drive the car and bring it back it next time it makes the noise. My husband told the desk guy it didn't make it all the time and it almost had to warm up in order to make the noise....we were told "I'm not sending my mechanic on a road trip." All we were saying is that the vehicle needs to be driven the 2 blocks it was driven to hear it. 10 mins later we picked the vehicle up. Won't return there for any further work. We will take it to trusted mechanic. After leaving there the noise did come back. I wasn't about to turn around and take the vehicle back and be told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Almost making me sound like I was crazy! Well I'm not a city slicker like most women that come in that store. I do know a little about things since growing up on a farm around equipment. This isn't the only time I've been told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I had an alignment done on the vehicle while ago. Was told nothing wrong with it. Well tell you what....there was! So beware!!!!
