  I reserved a car online after the close of business one evening, and Enterprise had it ready for me the next morning. The staff member who helped me was efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and cheerful! The vehicle that they gave me was in excellent condition, had good gas mileage, and it was fun to drive. Returning the car after hours by using the key dropbox was easy. It was an all-around great experience. Thanks, Enterprise in Marquette, MI!

  Came in super frustrated due to circumstances having nothing to do with Enterprise, but rather for the reasons I had to rent a car in the first place. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. Great location. 5 stars.

  Serious overbook issue! I reserved my car ahead of time and received confirmation. They called me the day before my reservation date and told me that they don't have a car for me.

  Cooper had the best customer service! He went above and beyond for us and I would come back again and recommend to everyone I know. The Wagoneer was amazing for our family spring break trip. Great experience! Thank you!
