  Completely positive experience. I was allowed to choose the type and model... even color!...of the car I wanted. The individual at the site was pleasant and professional. The transaction was fast. And I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that I could leave the rental at the body shop, which was very helpful.

  I have always used enterprise as my place to rent a car. I have never had a bad experience with enterprise in everytime I have needed a car to rent. I did go to a different place one other time and they did not have a car for me so I went to enterprise and they put me in a vehicle right away. Enterprise work together as a close knit family they are all so nice and polite as soon as you walk in the door till you are signed up and into your rental car they have found for you and then they are still polite as you sale is over and you are done and ready to walk out the door. I tell all my friends to go to enterprise to get there car when they need a vehicle to rent. Thank you enterprise for the best serving you gave me for renting a car from your company.

  I reserved a car online after the close of business one evening, and Enterprise had it ready for me the next morning. The staff member who helped me was efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and cheerful! The vehicle that they gave me was in excellent condition, had good gas mileage, and it was fun to drive. Returning the car after hours by using the key dropbox was easy. It was an all-around great experience. Thanks, Enterprise in Marquette, MI!

  Came in super frustrated due to circumstances having nothing to do with Enterprise, but rather for the reasons I had to rent a car in the first place. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. Great location. 5 stars.
