Came here about two months ago, got an oil change. Service was great. They gave me a printout of my service report, so I decided to start checking things off that list. Came in today to get the Fuel Service cleaning. Darius and his team today were very nice. Darius in particular was welcoming, and very articulate in what we were doing. 10/10 will be recommending this location, and I will absolutely be back for my next bit of upkeep.

Alante did an amazing job with my oil change - he was kind, knowledgeable, and got it just right. Unlike my experience at the other Uncle Ed's location where they broke my Mini Cooper's hood latch by over pulling, this place did everything correctly.

Scammers. Took my car in February for an oil change here. Was pricier than expected, and they “couldn’t give me a receipt”. Told me they’d email me one, never got it. Didn’t think anything of it. Came to a different location today where they told me “last time they did an oil system cleaner as well” now that explains the no receipt thing! Con artists! Stay away and go to any other location

The team did a great job. Darius was very friendly and professional. I've been to other places where i feel pressured to buy something. But he was amazing and i felt very comfortable when he was going over things due for my car. Great service from him and his team. Will definitely be back

Darius, the district manager, needs to be retrained on meeting customer expectations. His employee guaranteed me the cost of my oil change before I agreed to the service. To the extent that entered promo codes into the system to confirm precisely what the cost would be. After completing the service, Darius says using two coupons is not allowable and there is no way he can honor the price that was already promised. These are poor business practices, and it’s surprising to see a district manager not realize the etiquette in conducting good business.
