  I recently had a tire sensor replaced, and the associate told me I also needed rear control arms for another $900. When I balked, he said my warranty would be voided if I didn't get it done. When I told him it was a bit more than I planned to spend, he said, "well how much would you pay?" as if we were negotiating on car parts (strange). I declined and took the car to my mechanic of 25 years. He said the control arms were FINE! I don't appreciate high pressure sales tactics, and I definitely don't appreciate LYING. I will NEVER deal with another Belle Tire again. Luckily Discount Tire is right down the road.

  How could I ever go back to this Belle Tire or any Belle Tire? I took my Jeep to Belle Tire last week to get an oil change. They told me my driver CV axle needed to be replaced because the boot was leaking. Sent me pics, we agreed on a price…all good. Driving my car next day and hit the gas and I heard a loud boom come from the front on my vehicle and I hit the gas and my car would not move. I was stuck on a fairly busy road and was forced to use Madison Heights police’s towing service because AAA couldn’t get there fast enough and my car was blocking the road. A couple reasons why I will not be going back to Belle Tire: I towed it back to Belle Tire and they told me they originally put on a refurbished CV axle and it was defective and that’s why it broke. They then put on an OEM CV axle which I assumed I was getting originally. The refurbished CV axle they put on the first time was never mentioned to me when I agreed to do the replacement (shady and not very transparent if you ask me). Also, when I asked if they could cover the $100 I had to pay Madison Heights police’s towing service, they said they will put in a customer service request and hopefully it gets approved to cover it. 4 days later I haven’t heard anything about the $100 reimbursement. You’d think with a mistake like that, at a minimum they would cover the tow and / or say, your next oil change is free because of the hassle I had to go through for their mistake. I get it, auto shops are going to make mistakes but when you do, if you want repeat customers, you need to make things right when you mess up. Would you go back if you were me? I think I know the answer. Well, back to the drawing board on finding a trustworthy auto shop in the Madison Heights area that is looking for repeat business.

  Terrible customer service and greedy management. I took my tire to Belle Tire to get a simple repair for a minor puncture located right in the tread. They even checked the tread depth and acknowledged the tire was practically like new, yet the employee claimed the puncture was "too close to the shoulder" and refused to fix it, pushing hard to sell me a brand-new tire instead. When I spoke to the manager, he repeated the same excuse, refusing to patch a completely repairable puncture on a practically new tire and insisting on a full replacement. Absolute shame on them for using fake technical excuses just to force a sale. Terrible customer service—I won't be giving this location my business ever again. I strongly do not recommend anyone go there; completely dishonest people.

  Tony and the crew did an awesome job on my lifted jeep. Fast and fixed my flat totally free! Purchased some new wipers for them at a great cost as well. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for car work.!

  I dropped the car with out an appointment for tire leak. It was fixed for free with a reasonable time. I did not know they also do windshield replacements. The staff was honest and helpful. Definitively will be visiting them in the future if my car require maintenance.
