  What an all around perfect experience. Kevin and Dave took me in minutes before closing and spent hours working on my tire that had two nails in it and almost had to be completely replaced. They were both extremely kind, patient, and most importantly honest. They could have easily taken me for a ride with it being an import and me being a younger female, but they had strong ethics which was more than refreshing. No upselling here. On that note, I do get nervous going to chain tire shops because the car is an import but I have a total peace of mind after working with these gentleman at this specific location. The technician Brian was kind, patient, and frankly BRILLIANT for being able to repair that tire without having to replace it. Pretty impressive him being a younger gentleman but he’s VERY smart and skilled and I appreciated his polite mannerisms. Definitely raised well and takes pride in hard, honest work. Any other tire shop would have 100% had me replace the tire either without trying or not having the skill set to repair it. I honestly had warranty on this particular tire but it was an emergency flat and the Belle tire closes an hour later than Discount tire which makes a world of a difference. With people driving home from work in forever construction zones and needing their transportation to go back to work in the morning, it was an important extended time frame that ultimately made me decide to switch tire shops. They are almost a full service shop so it kinda works out that it’s a one stop shop (plus it was about 10% less priced. I overheard them working with other customers and they spoke honestly and didn’t leave people high and dry when repairs weren’t possible. They never tried to make a dollar on people (unnecessarily) and genuinely wanted to help people with or without them being the ones servicing them. They gave referrals to honest local businesses that do work they don’t offer (e.g. electric work) when necessary and even gave their professional opinions instead of saying sorry we can’t do anything have a nice day. My family has been in the car business for 30+ years and I understand how unfortunately unlikely it is to find honest people working in service (or even sales for that matter). Thank you to Kevin, Dave, and the superstar Brian for an honest, wholesome experience. Belle tire should be beyond proud to have trustworthy employees like you gentleman with such a highly skilled, and ethical approach for all without prejudice.

  I had a flat tire today. It was flat as a pancake, but Belle Tire found the culprit (a screw!), patched it quickly and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE! Best Day Ever!! Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration but I was expecting a big bill for a replacement tire for the pancake. Instead I was taken care by kind and friendly service techs (hi, Chris!) who didn't mind my lack of car/tire knowledge. The waiting room was clean and bright too. I actually learned a few things reading their Pro Tips on the monitor. Overall a very positive experience. If you need work on your car, I would highly recommend it.

  Took care of a nail in my tire and did it for free, great place! Definitely feels good they don’t charge you for everything under the sun.

  Belle Tire is my number 1 shop when it comes to replacing my tires, getting a wheel alignment or tire balance. I appreciate how when you purchase a set of tires, you can come back anytime for free tire rotations and wheel balancing, that's tip tier! If you purchase the 1 year wheel alignment package, you can get your wheel alignment done anytime throughout that 12 month period at no additional cost. One last note that matters, they're one of the rare tire shops that offer a free airpump station at every location that runs 24/7 for anyone to use at anytime, now that's true customer service even for people who are not even their own customers!

  We were in town for general fun. Smoked a pothole and needed emergency tire replacement. These humans got us in right away and soon we were back to the day at hand. 5/5 10/10
