  I stood there for five minutes before somebody would even wait on me, if I didn’t have a pre-sale Tires I would’ve walked out!! Zero customer service

  This place absolutely sucks, Went in to get an alignment. Sat there for over an hour while they “worked” on my car. I see them park my car so i assume its done. I wait patiently for another 20 minutes for them to ring me up assuming they are behind. The whole time they never worked on my Jeep. Apparently they dont have the parts it needs and have to wait. Why wouldn't you tell your customer that is sitting in the building waiting for over an hour that you cannot fix the car today. They just ignored me until i asked them why my car was just sitting there.

  Hello. I absolutely do not have good news about my experience at belle tire yesterday. The names are Nick and Mike Long and they provided THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I came in because my tire got flat on Hall road and I decided to stop by to get my tire changed. I came in and they said they will be with me in one moment. I said respectfully “no problem at all”. I waited until they were off the phones because it did seem like they were “working”. My patience is pretty good but when I see Mike and Nick get off the phones and one is just having a good time talking to a coworker and another one literally looked at me and still insisted to walk to the vending machine and took his precious time doing it. Both reps for belle tire did not care to attend to me at all UNTIL I finally said something to them. So then I spoke to either mike and he was super nonchalant and all he said was “yeah we are just extremely busy”, like I didn’t watch how they were the whole time I was waiting. I’m not slow at all. I know what games are looked upon by people who really didn’t want to service a customer based off how they come into the store. I am sure you have video footage in the lobby. You can run the video camera and see how unprofessional they both were. Again their names are NICK AND MIKE LONG. Apparently Mike Long is the store manager. Very interesting. As long as they are at the store, I will never go back to that belle tire and I will recommend my friends and family not to go this store.
