  I hate this place. Went in for one thing that I originally was told would be maybe a couple hundred turned out to be 1,100 on top of finding out thy didn’t even fix why I came in for. I was only able to drive my car for 2 days and my transmission went out. Mind you NOTHING was wrong before I went there my car drove fine and needed something else done. They said they fixed it and 2 days later my car wouldn’t drive. I had to trade it in and get another one.

  Michael Long and his team at Belle Tire were great to work with. Honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Service was quick, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about customer service anymore, and Mike definitely stands out. Highly recommend working with him if you need tires or service.

  All Belle Tires are not the same! Yesterday I purchased four new tires, today one tire was completely flat. Not the problem. After putting air in the tire, so I could return to the location on Hall Road, I immediately could hear air seeping out from the tire. The air valve pin (not sure of the technicial name) was damaged. I'm not sure how they missed that, but things happen. I also noticed yesterday that the air pressure psi was not filled as indicated on the door jam. The 2 front tires should have been 39 psi and 49 psi for the back. Instead, the tire "professionals" put 37 in the front and 39 in the back. Still not the problem. As I'm waiting, I began wondering why it was taking so long and noticed my vehicle was no longer in the bay and in the parking lot, I waited an additional 10 minutes or so, then asked what's going on. He claimed the vehicle was "just' completed and with a condescending tone quizzed me if I knew what was wrong with the tire. A simple apology for being inconvenienced to return to repair something that should have been repaired yesterday, AND waiting extra time because no one readily came to close out the transaction. The 2 rating is due to poor customer service. I will make the trip to the St. Clair Shores Belle Tire where they have quality customer service.

  I came to belle tire to deliver a DoorDash order from advanced auto parts, I walked in and Gary told me I delivered to the wrong door and to bring the items to the service center. I was carrying two rotors that were visibly heavy and instead of taking the from me and walking the two feet to the door himself, he opened it and repeated to me that I was in the wrong spot. There was a lobby full of customers and one started laughing. I turned back to Gary to try to just get them where they should go but he snatched them out of my hands almost taking my phone which was laying on top of them. He moved so fast away from me that I had to walk back up to him to ask for a signature to complete the delivery, Gary slide his finger over my phone and walked away again. No thank you, no have a great day. He was clearly having some type of panic or mental health episode but i was humiliated in front of all of those customers, some of whom were snickering at him in disbelief. I asked Gary if I could speak with his manager be he stated he was the manager, because of course he is lol i picked up a card for the actual manager who is not Gary so i can contact them further about this. Gary wasn’t only rude, Gary made me feel unwelcome and out of place. I went to my car and cried. Thanks Gary!
