Just.took my truck thru Tommy's in Ludington. Workers were ultra friendly and informative. After I went thru, i noticed some bug marks were still on the front. The worker quickly welcomed me to run thru a second time at no charge. She was also informative about membership options that could interest me. I will continue to use this place if the service stays at this level.

Chase gets a gold star! Absolute best customer service. I will be back. Also, good, quality car washes.

The free first month of premium washes "#1 Works" at $40 monthly, had me hooked! Great car wash, brand new in August, 2026. As a Realtor my Yukon XL hits many of back county roads weekly. Just in time saved alone it's worth it to me. You can easily pause or change your membership (quality of wash) within the app instantly. I've never had a cleaner vehicle Ever! Thanks Tommy's!!

Great wash, nice to finally have a chain in town where where your membership works at more than 1 car wash location.
