- ATAleta TeagueOct 5, 20261.0Waited in line about 25 minutes to be told the truck in front of me was a part of a fleet and there would be a wait. Didn’t have time to wait and there were several vehicles behind me. Since i was literally next they had all the cars behind me in each bay move so that I could back out, instead of having them move to free up the next spot. I politely complained however was rudely told.. “you werent told to leave however you were given the option to wait or leave”. As all of the cars behind me in each bay moved, I backed out. I frequent this location all the time, however vow to Never go back. Very displeased with the rude service.
- EIElizabeth InscoOct 3, 20265.0The mechanic who changed my oil noticed the beginning of an oil leak. The mechanic took it upon himself and changed it. He could have ignored it or not even mention it to me, he just took the initiative and fixed a problem that later would have ballooned into something bigger and more expensive. I absolutely love the service at this shop. The guys at this shop always go above and beyond and even take the time to answer any little stupid questions that I have. I will forever be a life long customer!!!
- AMAshley MiqueenSep 24, 20264.0Oil change coming in clutch to save the day and make up for the poor car dealership experience I had right before coming here! The team at Valvoline was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so much easier. Really good staff and great service when I needed it most!
- CMColleen MeadeRipperSep 23, 20261.0The worst experience to date at Valvoline on 5 mile in Livonia. The employees were smoking outside while working on the vehicle. There was no communication during the visit. Oil change took over 30 minutes to complete with no other cars in the bays.
- ABAllison BeshearsSep 17, 20261.0Don’t go here unless you want oil dumped all over your engine and have it smoke and burn indefinitely. Edit 3 weeks later- after weeks of no response I finally called customer service myself and sat on hold only for my claim to be “rejected.” Absolutely horrendous customer service by the manager and “associate.”
