  I stopped in for an oil change and presented a $25 off coupon at checkout. Everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed they had only taken $20 off. I made a special trip back to the shop to get the missing $5 refunded, but the manager said they couldn't issue the credit and that I'd have to call the corporate number on my receipt. I did, and corporate refunded the $5 without any problem. The $5 wasn't the point, the hassle was. The employee should have caught the incorrect discount before I left. Instead, I had to inspect my receipt, drive back to the shop, and then call corporate to fix a simple mistake. Apparently, issuing a $5 credit at the store is beyond the capabilities of a business that processes credit card transactions all day long. Good thing corporate has access to whatever advanced technology the local store doesn't. Mistakes happen, but making customers jump through hoops to correct them is poor customer service.

  Went today and even with the 100° heat, the staff was very polite, professional and got the job done perfectly. Shout out to Darneisha (manager) who had to deal with an unruly customer. Not sure what happened or why the customer was upset, but Darneisha kept her cool and maintained professionalism! This is one of many reasons why I only use this location for all my vehicles. Keep up the great work!!

  I will never visit this location again. Manager Daneisha had her finger in my face and was super aggressive when I aaked her to help someone who had just started and was struggling to get my engine filter access panel off. He was just going to skip the filter because he didn't know how to remove it. I waved her down to ask if she could assist him, as she already had on the 1st two fasteners, but he still had questions. Needless to say the filter was not changed. I also had to ask for air to be added to my tires after I had already paid and been told my service was complete. Her response, " the guy who was supposed to do that went home" That is not an excuse. She is a loose cannon and the level of professionalism can only be compared to a frustrated child. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me and then proceeded to invite me to call "her" manager and it would be her in the line so go for it. I have been bringing 2 of my vehicles to this location for over 3 years and unfortunately the service has drastically changed since this is the 1st time I have seen her and her wraith. There are many other oil change locations in the are and I suggest steering clear of this location.

  One of the workers tried to make a side deal with me to change the air filter for $5 bucks if i went across the street and bought it for cheaper. They broke my oil pan seal and did nothing to help resolve the issue. Rude and terrible service.
