  Was charged $145 for the following that they did NOT do: check windshield wipers, wash windshield, check lights, tire pressure, check air filters. They did NOT show me the oil level before or after changing the oil. I could hear the tech changing the filter not understanding why (the wrong) filter did not fit. The manager greeted me by telling me they had batteries leaking battery acid (should've known to leave then). They didn't check for tools/towels - an Uncle Ed's signature. I've been going to all different Uncle Ed's over the years and they used to have the BEST service, but it's been steadily declining for years leading to today - two techs who charge me $145 and barely do their job.

  I called and was quoted $55 for an oil change. When I got in they told me it was $109. I said I would go elsewhere and they had someone under my car for around 5 minutes before they let me live. 5 minutes down the road something fell off the bottom of my car and was scraping the ground the whole drive to a much better auto shop. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!

  I showed up without an appointment. Everyone was so nice and got me in for an oil change. Thank you. My truck needed an oil change so bad. There was Daniel Ari and Jaylen. They hooked it up. There was another employee that was sitting in his car the whole time. He was in a Gray Ford. Everyone was wondering if he was coming back to work. Thank you everyone that helped me and let me in without an appointment. Uncle Eds is the best.
