- MMMarcus McCaskill2 days ago5.0Great experience at Tuffy Oil Shop in Livonia! Friendly staff, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. They treated me well, and I appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend!
- TTTimothyOct 6, 20265.0My wife and I and now our children have been coming to this location for over 40 years, due to excellent service, staff, and transparency. Nothing changed with the move to new ownership, and that's why we keep coming back and will continue to do so, thanks to Stu, John, Lena and staff.
- NKNicholas KokonesOct 1, 20265.0I’m a business owner and I never have time to leave reviews. However after 3 or 4 interactions with Lena and this Tuffy Service Center I feel I need to let people know that this is the place you should take your car or truck when it has a problem. They are one of the most honest shops and do fantastic work. I can’t speak highly enough about them.
- TBTroy BuonoSep 30, 20265.0I had my tires replaced. In the process they made a little scratch mark on one of my 12 year old wheels. I would have probably never noticed it. They told me about it and offered to fix it. I took it back two months later and they indeed did get it fixed. I am grateful for their honesty and willingness to repair an old wheel back to like new. Well done 👍
- JWJacob WhittingSep 25, 20265.0Great service! Their diagnostic review was great. They sent me an email with descriptions of what they found wrong with my vehicle, accompanied by images so a non-vehicle savvy person like myself could see what they were describing. John was really great to work with and personable.
