  I scheduled an appointment with Safelite to replace my windshield (at my home) on a Tuesday, they gave me a window of 1-6! So at 4:00 I call to see what the status of my service call was. So after going through there automated process for an excessive amount of time then speaking with a representative. I was advised that they had no record of my service call. I asked to speak with a supervisor which also took an inordinate amount of f time! The supervisor informed me that somehow, someway my service had been canceled!!! The supervisor then scheduled my service for the upcoming Saturday again from 1-6. To make up for mistakes she offered to give me the $75.00 wiperblades for free to make up for my inconvenience. The technician arrived around 4:00 and did an Outstanding Job. Unfortunately he advised me that my vehicles wiperblades were specific to the manufacturer and what he had just would not work. He commented that he would advise the shop to see if they could compensate me in some other way. Suff8ce it to say I have reached to them and of course have had no communication from Safelite!!! After repeated attempts I finally reached a Safelite representative. They tried to reach their local store and wasn't able to. She told me that she would be sending an email to the store. We'll it's been almost two weeks and not a peep from Safelite!!! The commercials are nice/cute their customer service not so much!!!

  scheduled my appointment online very easy to navigate. They came to my driveway and fixed it in my driveway and did not need to be home. Just had to make the keys accessible. They were done within an hour or so. Ready to go great service.

  Very pleased with the windshield replacement on my 2023 Ram 1500. They replaced my broken OEM with an American-made Fuyao. The whole experience was very smooth.

  Service Technician was right on time and very personable and professional. Windshield was replaced in a timely fashion. Appreciate the quick clean service and the advice and recommendations.

  I'm very frustrated with Safelite. I went through their system and registered for an installation. Gave them the VIN of my full size pickup truck. Their technician showed up to install the glass and said there wasn't enough height room in my garage. I have a 10' ceiling. He wanted me to follow him down to his store in Livonia. He clearly did not want to do the work and would rather inconvenience me. I would have picked a closer store not that one if I wanted to take my truck in. #2 They didn't publish phone numbers for individual stores so you can't call a store to ask questions. I've even tried getting a representative through their toll free number, just useless!
