- PCPat CurryAug 28, 20265.0"Walked in" for an oil change, got a tire rotation along with it. Service was friendly and quick. This was my first visit to Metro 25 as my mechanic of over 20 years retired. I'm happy to find a place both convenient to me and good service.
- JCJohn ConnollyAug 24, 20261.0I came here for an oil change. Two days and about 50 miles later, the metal splash shield underneath my 2016 Civic dropped down while I was driving. When I looked underneath, one bolt was visibly loose/not screwed in and another mounting point had broken plastic around it. I brought the car back, and instead of restoring it to the condition it was in before the oil change, they removed the splash shield entirely. I now have to take the car to another shop to have their work inspected and determine what needs to be replaced. They had also recommended several hundred dollars of additional work for a supposedly cracked serpentine belt. After what happened with a routine oil change, I have no confidence letting them perform additional repairs. A basic oil change should not result in parts of your car coming loose on the road. I won't be returning.
