  The staff here is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond. They turned around our repair quickly and communicated throughout the process. Everything on the vehicle looks great. Highly recommend using them.

  Avoid going here if you can. Brought my car in after being rear ended and it was nothing but headache working with them. Two days after getting it back my muffler fell off while I was driving so I brought it back and they claimed that it was just from it being rusted… the whole muffler was hanging down and took most of the impact when I got rear ended, they fought and fought with me to not have to fix it. I went directly to my insurance rep and he said there was no doubt they would cover it because it was clearly from the accident. They also didn’t really color match the tailgate as good as I’d hoped. Took way longer to get my car fixed than it should have. Also they didn’t put any of the badges back on AND there was damage to my car that wasn’t there before probably from putting my car on the lift wrong. they ofc played dumb and didn’t fix it

  What an absolute joke of a collision shop. Never have I seen so many corners cut in my life. I had a minor deer strike in the beginning of August. This shop was a preferred shop through my insurance, but unfortunately for them I’m very mechanically inclined and I do intrusive inspections at work every day. My vehicle needed a new front bumper cover, a new header panel and lower mounting panel, a radiator shutter, an OEM grille, and a passenger side headlight assembly. All they did was buy a cheap Chinese aftermarket grille that sells for about $120 (they charged my insurance over $700 for it), then poorly repair the broken bumper cover and paint it. I had my father pick it up because I was working. He told them the headlight was still loose. The owner argued that it wasn’t. They took the bumper cover off, said it was loose, and “tightened” it. When I got home I could see packing foam stuffed between the headlight and the grille. I pulled the bumper cover off myself and found the rest of the job: foam jammed behind the headlight housing (lower support bracket for the passenger headlight housing is broken and missing), the underside of the headlight housing is also broken so there is a hole and now the housing is prone to water intrusion, a cheap Chinese grille labeled PZ2765 / Made in China / Aftermarket, a broken radiator shutter, a still broken header panel and lower mounting panel, and a bumper cover they painted instead of replaced. The clips on the wings of the bumper cover are still broken, so the cover does not fit and pulls away from the fender. They billed over $2,000 for a $120 grille and a painted bumper cover. Parts alone to do this repair right are around $3,400. Never take your car here. I can only imagine how many other people drove off with the same kind of work.

  So impressed, thankful and happy with my experience. They kept me up to date on repairs. Dropped my car off for me when I was out of town and couldn’t pick it up right away. I was so pleasantly surprised with the interior cleaning done for me. Repairs were perfect, don’t even notice. We will be using king brothers for future needs for sure! 11 out of 10! Thank you

  I've had several repairs done at King Brothers and it has always been an excellent experience. Great customer service from every employee and it is very easy to get a repair setup. They provide a time window for expected completion at drop off and send periodic updates by text for your repair progress. Their estimates and repair prices are very fair in my opinion and the quality is excellent every time. I have never required rework or had any complaints. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle repair in the area.
