They were very busy and understaffed at the Livonia office, but Chris was amazing great personality, even though he was in the weeds. He still was very personable.

Chris and Ahmed at the desk were great. They patiently handled, with professionalism and kindness, multiple customers and cars coming. True customer service. Car was very clean.

Started off fine but they clearly don’t know how to run a business , especially for their priority customers. Store level clueless, corporate level clueless. No one has answers, a car rental business where you can’t rent a car, the top manager has been “personally working on my case” for 2 days with no phone call. Total embarrassment for everyone involved with this. Horrible job to the girls here at this location as well. Need to learn management and customer service. I have ended up finding the car myself. They owe me a free rental as least. I won’t hold my breath!

I called today at 5:45 to ask about a reservation. The desk agent answered the phone, asked me to told, so I did. At 6:11pm, he came back to the phone and hung up. Now I can’t talk to anyone because the location is now closed.
