  Be careful when going to this location. They will occasionally charge your card again after you return the car and close out your account. I rented a car from here at the end of May and returned it on June 3rd. I received most of my security deposit back so I figured I was all set. They charged me again at the end of June. When I went to confront them about it they said they couldn't do anything nor did they know how it happened even though someone charged my card illegally after my account was closed out. Wouldn't even let me talk to a manager which is no surprise because I'm sure they knew but whatever. Bank resolved my issue but this location just needs to own up to there mistakes when they mess up. Not to mention when I rented the car I received not one piece of a document saying I rented a car. Avoid this location if possible. Wish I could give them a -5 for stars. Don't even deserve one star.

  After waiting for over 1.5 hours the manager refused to lend me the vehicle because I said I would call the 800 number after I take the vehicle because his price didn't match what I was quoted. It's an insurance claim and once I said I'd call the 800 number he REFUSED to lend me the vehicle saying he's already upgraded me. An upgrade that I didn't ask for that be did because he didn't have any cars but apparently I was supposed to be excited about a Nissan Rogue. Ace at least that's what he claimed his name was was extremely arrogant and left me stranded after spending way too much time to pick up a rental.

  This place is trash. If my insurance company didn't use them, I would have never returned to this location. There is not enough staff or cars in their fleet, making doing business with them very difficult. When I first went in, having an appointment and reservation, they did not have a vehicle for me. The manager was not apologetic in the slightest. She said go to another Enterprise because all their cars needed oil changes. So what is the point of making a reservation if they are unable to hold it? I and my husband had already left one star reviews. They responded to them and wanted us to go to their website and...I don't know, there weren't instructions. Then, even though everything had been in my name, the Garden City location manager called my husband (how she got his number, I do not know)...and she offered us exactly what we had reserved before. This is not an action that makes things right. They should have upgraded us or something, but they made us pay for the upgrade we had previously requested. When we returned the rental, which was crap to drive, they gave us a coupon for an upgrade for "next time." Needless to say, we will not be using their services in the future. They are an excellent example on how not to run a business. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

  Not sure why hours were extended. I've used Enterprise for years and this location has the slowest service. Oh my and it's unorganized. I don't blame the team here, I blame corporate. This location is understaffed and I believe the hours were extended to meet new client demands.
