  If there were 0 stars, that’s what they should get. I brought my van here to get a free inspection. I waited 6 hours. I waited 6 hours before I got a quote. Now the thing is, my rear driver-side tire is stuck on, so I couldn’t inspect it myself, especially without the tools to do so. When the guy quoted me, he said, “Yeah, you’re gonna need new brakes, rotors, and calipers. But you already knew that.” What does “you already knew that” mean? They’re supposed to be the experts. He handed me the estimate sheet loaded with all these things I needed to get replaced. However, they never took the tire off at all. So “you already knew that” was his smart way of assuming I brought it in just to get the tire removed. Which is 100% true, crooked maybe, I’m struggling though financially. I definitely can’t afford the 1300-dollar quote I just received from—not a full inspection. Belle Tire is one of the largest tire franchises in the country, who promises free inspection. The appeal is in the inspection without the pressure of having to pay right away. So if you don’t want to do the work or do it for free, work at a different tire shop.

  I came too bellentore a few weeks ago too month and my alternator needed too be fix so these guys fix my alternator and upon me receiving my car back my battery light kept coming on . So I went too auto zone too get battery test and they said my battery was good. So a week later I got stranded battery died. Called a tow service and they came and gave me a boost for my car. They said I needed a new battery so I went the next day got a new battery for the car and then the battery light still on so I'm like it's the alternator got too be. I'm taking it back too belle tire but this time I went too the one closer too where I live at. When they took a look at my car and I told them what happened and where ingot my car fix and they put and alternator on the man said the bolt was not probably installed and it wasn't giving no connection too the battery. Belle tire in Livonia you guys should be ashamed of yourselfs for doing me like that and I deserve some type of credit or something. Shout out too the belle tire in southgate y'all handle business.
