  I have never written a review before, but this place absolutely deserves one! After having a disappointing experience with Lamborghini of Troy, I reached out to European Spec to have the 18K mile service completed on my 2023 Lamborghini Urus Performante, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only was the service more affordable, but more importantly, the turnaround time was incredible. My car was in and out within 10 days, on the other hand the dealership was telling me I would have to wait an entire month just to get an appointment. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and updated. One of my favorite thing they did was that they sent me pictures of every part that was replaced. That level of transparency really goes a long way and gave me confidence that everything was being done properly. On top of the oil and filter change, they replaced the cabin and engine air filters, spark plugs, performed a brake fluid flush and coolant flush, and replaced the drive belt. All parts used were factory parts, which they verified by sending pictures. I really appreciated that extra level of reassurance. On top of the mechanical service, they also completed a full interior and exterior detail, including a 3 year ceramic coating, before I put the car into storage for the winter. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality of work, communication, transparency, and customer service. It's refreshing to find a shop that takes this much pride in what they do and treats your vehicle with the care and attention it deserves. I'll definitely be coming back. I'm genuinely glad I found these guys to take care of my Urus.

  Took great care of my Jaguar, replacing my brakes and battery. The whole experience was smooth, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was great. Definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be back!
