  As a former Enterprise customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After my brother’s car was totaled, he was referred to Enterprise for a rental. I do want to recognize the young woman working at the front desk—she was exceptionally professional, helpful, and deserves far better than the company she represents. I would gladly hire her for my own company and pay her twice what she earns there. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was unacceptable. We were given a Jeep Grand Wagoneer in terrible condition that smelled strongly of marijuana, and Enterprise later attempted to charge us more than $4,000, Brad lied and said that I didn't even bring the car with full tank. The matter was handled by a branch manager by the way named Brad at the airport location. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise customers to carefully inspect and document their rental before leaving the property and review every charge closely.

  Shoutout to Michele at Enterprise! I went in needing a rental for my trip and somehow walked out in a sharp Toyota feeling like I upgraded my whole life. She made my whole process easy and helped me through the way. She seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and treated me with kindness and respect!

  The sales agent Michelle out of LINCOLN PARK Southfield Road was put in the right position, one day no doubt she will advance in the company quickly, made us feel better about the rentals when I returned, the rental she rented us had a terrible break problem we left Michigan and switch cars In Indianapolis and we were given a car that the GPS system didn’t work so we went all the way to Mississippi to another enterprise rental and we upgraded to a luxury SUV and it had a slow leak in the rear tire. The people that were with me opted not to go back to Enterprise so we kept stopping to put air in the tire five or six times before we got back home.

  Michele Jones was amazing! When I walked in, she was finishing washing a rental. She was able to assist me with a rental while my personal vehicle was in the shop. She was able to address my needs and went above and beyond during my challenging time. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone who is interested on being treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you, Michele!
