- JSJanice SMay 27, 20265.0Oh gosh! Where do I begin! I had to rent a car to go out of town last minute. From the time i walked in the door Michelle greeted me right off back, even while working with another customer she still acknowledged me. I can tell that the lady before me was being difficult based off what I could over hear, Michelle still apologized and offered other solutions. When I made it to the counter Michelle quickly got me written up and went over vehicle options, she explained each insurance option and what was beneficial for my trip. When i returned she had the same smile she had when i picked up even though there was a lobby full of people and she was working alone. I give her 10/5 stars, one of the best experiences i have ever had with a company EVER! I really appreciated her and your company should too, she was a delight!
