- BNBRIAN NICOLLSJul 22, 20261.0Set up appt for 4 new tires .had 1 tire leaking and sensor faults..After replacing all 4 tires leave with sensor faults and 1 tire leaking still.Bring vehicle back was told needs 2 tire sensors but the leaking tire needs a rim.Had 2 sensors replaced. Leave and 1 tire is leaking faster now. LEAK TEST MYSELF WITH SOAP AND Water all it needed was the valve stem this whole time which was very obvious.. Bring vehicle back get the valve stem replaced on the leaking tire.Get home check all my lugnuts and 1 other wheel the lugnuts were not tight and this is not the wheel i just had fixed again.What is going on here?Needs to be big changes at this location the techs are just horrible and the advisors it seems look the other way.Being a manager in the "business" myself it is unacceptable to service people in this way and i hope changes are made here for the commmunity!
