Rented me a pair of manifold gauge set for AC, they gave me one with the blue plastic valve on the low side broken I couldn't use the manifold gauge set for my job and I had to spend trouble more time and money renting a pair of manifold gauges from somewhere else. When the guy gave me it he opened it up and lied to me and said that it would still work it did not work came back the next day and returned it try to tell them about my trouble and they didn't even care or even acknowledge my trouble didn't give me anything for it either aside from doing their job and giving me my money back for their defective equipment. You should go elsewhere to a auto parts store that actually values their customers and their trouble not this place

Leaving 1 star because a star is required. My husband bought a battery less than one month ago that was bad. It worked fine for a week or two then died. When he couldn't start his truck he jumped it and took it to the dealership thinking something else must be wrong. They tried to run their tests and couldn't even get the battery to charge enough to run the tests. My husband ended up getting a battery from the dealership because it was necessary to perform the necessary testing. My husband has the print out from GM stating it is a bad battery. Autozone REFUSES to take the battery back, even for store credit!!! We clearly don't need an exchange, as we had to get one from the dealership. Sometimes things are made badly and clearly this battery is. But the refusal to correct a wrong and either give us our money or store credit is unacceptable!!!! Literally 2 weeks!!!!! It only lasted 2 weeks! Due to backup, the vehicle was in the shop for a week and a half-ish, which is why it took a month from purchase to turn it in. I have never thought auto zone treated its customers well and this is added proof! YOU NEED TO FIX THE WRONG! Never will we purchase anything from them again!
