- SCSteve CheneySep 24, 20265.0I did a walk-in for a slow leak in one of my tires. When they checked it out they couldn't find anything wrong. They replaced the stem and said "No charge" and to come back if there was still a problem. Haven't had an issue with that tire since.
- DSDennis ShupeSep 19, 20265.0Experienced a road hazard event when my car struck some type of metal object. My tire was punctured on the inside sidewall and was not repairable. A replacement tire wasn’t in stock, so one was ordered and was mounted the following morning. Sandy and Dalton provided excellent customer service and helped us continue our journey home!

- CRCharles RossSep 15, 20261.0I went there for a routine wheel alignment. The mechanic snapped the head of the cam bolt off. They showed me the bolt and said they had used pb blaster but the nut and bolt was dead dry no signs of being wet from penetrating spray. I found the bolt at advanced auto for $40 waited in there lobby for five hours before the bolt showed up. I regret not walking down to advanced auto and getting the bolt. When I get ready to pay the receipt said bolt $80 and marked it down for $40 like they were really giving me some kind of discount. I was going to buy four new tires from them but they lost my business and I missed all other appointments for that day, that I had scheduled off from work.
- TMTrevor MorganSep 8, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience! Dalton has zero customer service skills, he’s extremely rude and disrespectful! He should quit and go be a door greeter at Wal Mart! I went there on Thursday to get a wheel alignment and after they did the inspection, I was told that I needed a wheel bearing and sway bar links, which was fine so I set up another appointment for today! When I get there this morning, they do another inspection and now they say that I also need the sway bar assembly! Somehow the other mechanic who did the first inspection missed it! (Even though it was clearly broke in half). They gave me a quote and told me it would be 2 to 3 hours, I said let’s do it but I have to have my vehicle back tonight, they said I would! I dropped it off at 9 a.m. and came back up there at 5 p.m. and the truck wasn’t finished, Dalton said we can put the tires back on and you can leave with it, it should be safe to drive! ( Look at photo of broken sway bar). It’s clearly not safe to drive! When I asked for a discount for wasting my time and not fixing my truck properly, he was extremely rude and disrespectful and said that he couldn’t do anything! For anyone that needs any type of work done to their vehicle, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere! The front desk and mechanics have no idea as to what they’re doing! (Especially Dalton) If it was up to me, I would fire all of them and start over from scratch! Sincerely, Pissed off customer.
