  Been going here for years, I'm not the best with names. Got some tires on a car recently that was gifted to me, these guys got them on before I got home and had lunch! Whoever is managing this place is doing great, there's two Zach's I think . They're both great at their jobs One of the sales guys, not they lady she's amazing , made an assumption about my plates even though I had went to the secretary of state the day prior. Hes new i think. trying too hard , he seemed overwhelmed when I came in both times . Just needs to slow down if he wants to contribute in a healthy fashion long term. Be more open minded and develop the inquisitive mind. Keep up the great work grills point tire, I hope the corporate buy over treats you with respect . Cheers .

  I bought a brand new set of tires not that long ago. I stopped in and got them rotated and. As soon as I go to leave my vehicle is making noise. Something silly like. Dust cover for breaks got bent a little bit or something in the process of tire rotation. But. They were unwilling to assess the problem. I took pride in the fact my vehicle was so quiet u could hardly tell it's running going down the. Road. And. I get my tires rotated and now the front left is making a noise when I turn left I'm in a wheelchair. So. I really can remove the tire myself and. See what it is. But. I asked your service to. Fix. And. I got a long list of why it's not there fault. I didn't feel like it was anything major just that something might have gotten bumped like rotor dust cover. And bent a little because the noise was only periodic and when I turn left. But just was super disappointed that they wanted to try charge me. For trying to remedy something they did. I wasn't rude. I just. Left. Because they said. It happens basically. I felt they were trying to get. Me to get breaks. An alignment idk. I just wanted to share my honest experience.

  We bought a set of 6 new tires for our motorhome here. The pricing was good and installation was same day. We took our MH elsewhere for service to get us ready for the summer travel season and while there, two tires were leaking air. We took the MH back to Gill's and they determined that valve stem extensions were leaking and tightened them up. A few weeks later, more leaks in the same two tires were noticed, so a third trip was needed! This time they determined that "O" rings were the issue in the valve extenders and they repaired them. We want our confidence level to be high with this rig, so will be driving it around locally for a time before departing on longer trips. Don't want tire issues on the open road!

  I've been getting my tires from Budget tire for 15 years and their prices and services can't be beat. When they changed hands to Gills Point I was thinking it's not going to be the same but it is. Most of the same awesome people that worked for Budget are still there and it's still the same service as before. If I ever have a problem with a tire I've bought, it is fixed promptly and hassle free. They have many other services too Go there and see for yourself.

  Can tell just yet how the mechanics do as far as work. I keep getting avoidance when trying to get an alignment. The first time I had bad parts but they kept stating it was going to take hours to get me in. Next day “bad” parts are replaced show up 745 first one in the door, have been waiting 4 hours and 11 min for alignment they say is first come first serve they don’t do appointments. I’ve watched people that have shown up half hour before typing this come get service and leave. I’ve watched bad attitudes from employees and even believe this morning someone quit while on duty. Was this the mechanic that was supposed to do my alignment? Why did the 2-3 hour wait turn into avoiding me and 4 hour wait?!
