    TWO hours for a tire rotation. All while I sat in plain view of the window to the garage and watches the guys goof off like children. The techs are by far not knowledgeable enough to work on cars.

    Don't buy general tire, their rebate is nothing but a scam! Belle Tire should NOT allow them to push the rebate. It makes Belle Tire look bad.
