  I tried to get a quick brake and suspension inspection yesterday and they wanted to charge me $80 to inspect my car but if you look online it says they offer free inspections 😆 won't be coming here if they aren't even honest about that.

  To start, please note I was a loyal customer that had spent over $8,000 with Belle Tire over the last 6 years. This was based on trust. I went to Belle Tire as I knew the actuator was going out on the driver's side, which I told the attendant. I was expecting the estimate to be between $150-$300. I was called back with an estimate of $933.26. I said that seems extremely high. I was told that it would take 5.5 hours to do the repair. I told them I did not want any repair done. When I came to pick up my car, I was given an invoice of $100 for diagnosing that the actuator needed to be replaced on the driver's side...what I told them when I dropped off the car. I went to another repair place across from Lapeer EMS. They fixed the actuator in less than two hours from dropping the car off and charged me $145.12. I sent this to Belle Tire, but did not receive any follow up. After this experience, I cannot be confident that they will offer a fair estimate. I do not do business with companies I do not trust.

  Wife had her truck go in for new tires, brakes and alignment. They replaced 2 ball joints for over a grand extra on my wife's truck that didnt need to be replaced (according to other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence). And for that kind of money, you'd think they wouldn't put the absolute cheapest dollar tree joints on it... they also dented in 2 of the lug covers that look like crap and decided not to take responsibility for.
