  Izzy was very helpful! He made right a situation that another location in another state performed incorrectly. He made sure that my antifreeze level was full before I left. The “new guy” helping did a good job too I highly recommend this location for their great service!!

  Slowest service I’ve ever had at a Valvoline. 3 people just standing around while Sarah is servicing 3 cars. Why do we have 1 guy who all he does is put air in tires??? Been here an hour and a half and still waiting to get my oil changed. This place either needs better training on customer service or management who is willing actively make sure work is being done.

  So we were told to bring our truck to fix a part on our engine we brought it back and one of the crew a butch lady told us they don't do that after they told us to come back so they tell lies and give false information then when we wasted our time going back she was rude so they lie I would not recommend this place just because of the lie told Then we had a windshield wiper on the old wiper worked before they put the new one on and now she saying the motor isn't working well it was definitely working before u removed the old wiper so now the motor is broke?? Be careful this place is filled with crew who tells lies and she probably broke it because why now doesn't our back windshield wiper work? Just pathetic and on top of all that she was rude as hell so be careful They also lied saying we weren't in the system went to the one on. Kalamazoo and they did our engine

  Came to get an oil change, pretty busy which is fine but all the employees are working very hard except the assistant manager, Dale seemed very lazy and not willing to help while the workers are behind. Doesn’t look good for the business.

  I would give this Valvoline 0 stars if I could. My car was running fine before my service, but after they finished, it wouldn’t start. Instead of helping, they blamed me for the problem. They didn’t even have jumper cables, so I waited over an hour while they tried to use someone else’s car to jump mine, and it still didn’t work. When my boyfriend came to help, the employees got upset and became even more rude and unprofessional. I also felt I was treated differently because they didn’t say anything when a Caucasian customer got out of his car, but they yelled at me when I got out of mine. The manager called but wouldn’t let me explain what happened and refused to take any responsibility. I left with a car that wouldn’t start and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location.
