- CCCMay 6, 20261.0I have to say I will not be going back. They try to sell you everything even after you say just an oil change. They got upset and walked away. Then another person took over and I heard him say to the first guy I could only get a quart and a half, I said WHAT? Oh nothing nothing. I was the ONLY customer in their. After that they shook the heck out of vehicle and made a lot of pounding noise. Not sure what happened. I sure hope I don't have any vehicle issues, I'm retired with not a lot of money. This place seems very shady and very hurting for business. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Service definitely ain't what it used to be that's for sure!

These guys took care of me right away topped off my oil, checked my tire pressure, and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. They went above and beyond with the little things too dash wipes, candy for my daughter, and even a fidget. When we tried to tip them, they wouldn’t take it… just told us to come back. Great people, honest service, and very fair pricing. That’s how you earn loyal customers!

I was attended with sincere workers and with an amazing sense of humor. Once I was in they did everything I asked and nothing more or less. They did impeccable work on both vehicles I brought in and I will continue to do so. Sometimes there might be a wait, but it is worth it with mechanics and technicians that this Valvoline has to offer!
