  Above and Beyond, in a time when it seems like Customer service has been lost. I went in to my Valvoline store which is less than a mile from were I live and got a Transmission and a Oil change. I like the service there because the are Friendly, polite, and quick. This last time I was asked to change my air filter, I said no next time. Long story short a few screws broke off and were miss placed. I call Valvoline care center and the put me in contact with the store manager Carl. He did some investigating and I called back a few days later to check the status of the situation and Carl on his day off went and bought the parts to replace them on my vehicle. Thank you Carl for going out of your way to fix the Situation and treating me like my Business maters to you and your coworkers, to the store. Thank you to Valvoline as well.

  It's taking them almost an hour to rotate the tires on a single car. Zero sense of urgency. You're going to spend 2 hours here, don't waste your time.

  The attendant was really nice and kind, she made me comfortable with pleasant conversations as the oil change, cabin filter etc was being installed. This was one of the best experiences I've had!! Thanks you!!! Andrea Smith

  Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained things so I could understand without a doubt. Would recommend them.
