  Scott was super helpful and got me in to check on the lights on my car as soon as I called and got here . I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had any issues with them very sweet people!!!

  Let me start out by saying I was in desperate need of help with a tire that was going flat overnight. I simply asked my phone for tire repair places neer me and the Tuffey service center came up. When I called them I was expecting a representative to tell me they had long delays for my simple tire check as what happened several times already, instead the staff at this particular location was not only happy to schedule me right away but made sure I was taken care of as well. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about what was just a nail in my tire. I was so impressed that I made planes to return to this very location and have them preform other work as soon as my funds allowed. Please if anyone in the Lansing area need service on their vehicle give them a call and schedule an appointment you won’t be disappointed. Sincerely Tony R.

  I’ve been cheated by mechanics before so I didn’t have high expectations when I brought my car in to be looked at and get an oil change. However, the service I received at this location was outstanding! I called first just to make sure they weren’t super busy, and even though they had other inspections to do, I was able to get serviced right away! Scott in particular was really great at explaining everything in a way a non-mechanic could understand and also evaluated my car for free which was not expected, but very appreciated! The gentleman with longer hair was also pretty helpful as well. I’m just astounded as I’ve never experienced such a positive experience at auto shops. Will be going here again for my auto needs.

  Honest and reliable. It can be difficult to find a mech you can trust since a lot of them seem to report non-existent problems or try to rip you off - not these guys. They even take pictures or will physically point out the issue and show you the problem. On top of having extensive experience and definitely knowing their trade, they do so with eagerness and passion for their work. They treat every customer with care and attentiveness, even trying to get you best and honest prices. If you're looking for a local mech, whether it's major issues or regular car care, these are the guys you want working on your car and with you as a customer.

  Tuffy’s Service and Hospitality Won Me Over! My truck overheated and I was stranded! Took it to the dealership and the quote was astronomical. I remembered many years ago my aunt who was a tradesperson for general motors told me to take my car to Tuffy—so I took it to Tuffy. Scott was amazing to work with! He was informative and forthcoming in that he told me the repair needed vs. what I was quoted. Well, he was right! Repaired my vehicle expeditiously and my truck has been on the move ever since! Thank you Scott and thank you Tuffy!
