  I was traveling from out of town & noticed I had a nail in my tire when I was supposed to head home. Dale and Jim got me in right away so I could get back on the road!

  I stopped in today after a kerfuffle on country roads. Heard a bit of rattling. Dale was absolutely amazing! He gave me my options & was completely honest when it came to sharing the most cost efficient solution! As a single woman - I appreciated he was a straight shooter with me. I was in & outta there in no time! This is the 2nd time I’ve turned to them for quick help. They are likely going to be my new go to!

  We had an 18-year-old vehicle towed to Tuffy due to a flat tire. They did an extremely thorough inspection of the vehicle and confirmed what we already suspected, that it was on its last legs. They provided photographs and detailed analysis of everything we would need to address to continue using the car safely. While we ultimately chose not to invest any more money in fixing our old family car, they were very professional and helpful throughout the process. The quote they provided for the services needed was clear and the estimates were reasonable for the work the car needed. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

  Had a low tire pressure light on, they got my car looked at asap. Quick, reliable and super friendly service here. They patched me up, and let me repay them with a nice review. Lol, love coming here they are always straight to the point. Definitely recommend!

  Would not recommend them, got diagnostic they try to charge 180 when I told him that you guys quoted me 150 they changed the price after I called them out and then when they did the diagnostic, I feel like they didn’t even do a full diagnostic like I told them to because my car is now turning off and it’s not my power steering like they said it is lol that turning my car off they said!! And on top of that they didn’t even bother putting my backseat together. I ended up getting home and finding out, I did it myself, but they should’ve put everything back together… to also respawning what you just said there shouldn’t have been any hidden fee you said $150 after taxe should been $159.99 you guys should of never trey add hidden fee.. your weird for that
