  Top notch for me. For around $20/ month i get a clean vehicle anytime. The automatic gates are great to get in and out. Saves a lot if time.

  I went there on May 17 to clean my car for a funeral the next day. Have you ever driven by a chicken processing plant? Well, if you're looking to experience the smell of rotting meat water in a disco-tech spin cycle, get doused by cheap body spray, only to be hit with more stinky water, this is the place for you! I get wanting to recycle water to be environmentally friendly, but OH BROTHER! My husband and I were both gagging from the smell. Sadly that is not my biggest complaint. I had bird droppings on the glass of my passenger door. For all the whirling fabric and twirling doohickies in the world, not one touched the sides of my car... it was like watching a dance recital, truly a magical experience of nothingness. $18 for the concept of a carwash. I almost signed up.

  When I came through Tommy's, Kobe was working at the cashier. He was very helpful in informing me about the different monthly packages that were offered. He was very thorough with each one. I didn't at the time, but when I do, I will be coming to Tommy's for my car washes! Thanks Kobe!

  Went there early to vacuums out my car pulled up early with one of the workers waited until they opened waited 8 mins after I seen he saw me outside so I figured after waiting 20 plus mins he would think to turn on the vacuum's he didn’t so I called up there waited a few more mins and left because like idk you would think to serve the first person there which was me but instead they kept the vacuums off to except other customers. Understandingly since there getting there car washed but so do I so today I guess I will not be. This is not the biggest deal but annoying after a third shift at work.

  Ongoing attention is needed to the vacuums 1) need to check every day to make sure all are extracting properly 2) the mid connects on the hoses need to be cleaned so the dirt/oil do not get on side windows. 3) vacuum area asphalt needs to be swept and deep cleaned more often. 4) also in the vacuum parking area is a low spot in the asphalt that holds water constantly. 5) vacuum bays in the winter need better attention to shoveling /deicing being done. Car wash. 1)The finishing dryers need to be adjusted to blow water off mirrors and back windows better. 2) finishing end of wash rotating chamois need to be replaced. Leaves film on mirrors 3) the exit of the car wash asphalt is pitted and in the winter is icy and holds water.
