  It was apparent that Elise took pleasure in telling me that because it was a same day reservation that I was “low priority” and that this rental car company did not have any cars to rent until the next day. You would think that when you book a RESERVATION to RENT A CAR that you might be notified that this RENTAL CAR COMPANY might not have a car. I can’t wrap my head around it. I paid to Uber here then pay to Uber back to my hotel only to Uber back tomorrow and Elise acted as if I was asking for a favor. Customer service was garbage. Rental car company doesn’t have a car… I would not consider this company if I were you. When I asked if there were other national rental car locations near by she replied there are other companies at this desk referring to Avis or whichever other companies were at the airport which in my mind told me that rather than put any effort into helping me resolve the enormous amount of inconvenience this is to the customer in front of her she would rather send the company that writes her checks revenue to their competitors. Elise I hope your day gets better.

  A good rental company. The agents at this location were very nice and got me a car quickly.

  My company rented the car for me so I could drive to another branch to work. The 2 cars I had were really nice. The 1st was a Kia K4, the 2nd a Honda Accord. Both were very clean and very nice to drive. Any employee I talked to there were very polite and courteous and helpful when needed
