  Went in knowing my brakes and rotors were shot. Their diagnostic report was sent via a link in a text and included photos and videos of the problems found. There were several things wrong with my vehicle that I wasn't even aware of. The report was sent on Monday and all the repairs were completed by Tuesday. They were great to work with, will def go back to them again. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you Holt Auto Service.

  Took in for rear brakes, seemed really expensive at ~$900 but I didn't shop around so it may not be fair for me to judge that part because I didn't shop around or price anything at all, just from experience and also me doing my own mechanic work most of the time it seems like an extremely high cost. When this went badly was about two weeks later when i checked my oil I noticed one of my air filter latches not latched. Turned out the air filter lid was completely unsecured. I took my vehicle in for brakes and, because you are trying to make the upsell and find other things to fix, you left my air filter completely open and I had just replaced it. I never asked for anything besides the brakes to work. I understand the upsell and informing customers this or that needs done but i didn't want/need/care about anything but my brakes. This didn't even need a tool, how many of my bolts didn't get connected? What else did you check and not put back right? Additionally, and perhaps coincidentally but it makes me think now knowing this, my exhaust seemed much louder also when i first picked up my car. I will not be returning as a customer and neither will anyone in my family.

  Asked them to check my motor before doing work. Said it was fine. Proceeded with work. Changed oil to find glitter. $1700 into a car with a motor about to blow after they said it was fine and charged me $80 to "check it"
