- THtom healey4 days ago1.0Was 3rd in line when they opened. I Saw first and second party's leave when their business was completed. The car behind me was also on the way out the door. Meanwhile, Im still waiting for 2 mounts and 2 discounts. They didnt even have to pull my vehicle inside. Rims and tires were in the back of a pickup. After about an hour and 15 minutes guy rolls tires out. Tires were mounted with opposite side walls. One in one out. The tech was inexperienced. These dots on the tire are supposed to line up with valve stem. Specificly the red one. Neither tire was mounted that way. Therefore a crap load of stick on weights were added to the inside of my rim. The tire that was mounted backwards only took about 5 minutes to remount, so i know you sent me out the door with out checking the balance. I never asked for a balance. I had to peel them all off, as I have self balancing hubs on my truck. I dont feel anyone listened to my request. Manager didnt charge me when I went inside to pay.

When we brought it in, not only were they EXTREMELY accommodating, but also very quick and they did not charge us, which I was shocked by!!! 😀😀😀😀 These are GREAT people and they will take excellent care of you! No need to question, absolutely come here for service!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌😎😎😎
