  I would give zero stars if possible! By far the worst repair experience I have ever had. This location struggles to keep employees and is not afraid to share it, this seems to be their go-to for the reason things are so terrible. It started when I took me vehicle in for the insurance estimate (trip #1 to the shop), the adjuster was adamant that I scheduled when to bring it back as they were already scheduling out so far. I was hesitant due to our extra vehicle having an issue but I scheduled anyway, he said if anything changes to let them know. I took my vehicle on the scheduled day March 25, 2026,(trip #2) go in to drop it off and they do not have me on the books and never ordered the parts. Schedule again to drop it off for April 3, 2026,(trip #3) this time I was able to successfully drop off my vehicle. They call me April 22, 2026(trip #4) and tell me my vehicle is ready for pick-up, I work in Battle Creek, so I hurried home at the end of the day grab my husband and head over to get it. It was about 15 minutes before they closed, I had not really been home and just wanted to get there so I didnt look it over (I have also NEVER had an issue with any of the other repairs I have had done elsewhere). When I got home I actually looked at it, it was terrible work. There were parts ripped and just sat back in, things that should have been repaired weren't, gaps with over a 1/4" difference from side to side (I measured them) and gaps that were just entirely too large. I called the next day and took it back (trip #5). I was told there is no longer a manager at that location and dealt with the "acting manager". He looked it all over, took into the back to make some of the gaps better and tried to get us to "meet him in the middle" on some of the issue. He then said he would get everything ordered and call us the following day. After a month of not hearing anything I called then again, was informed I would have to bring my vehicle in AGAIN for the issues to be looked at as that person was also no longer employed and there was a new manager. Finally, I was able to take me vehicle in again on June 19,2026 (trip#6) yet the manager was not there. I informed the employee that I would not be leaving without a list of the repairs as I would not be doing this step a 3rd time. He was utterly dumbfounded as to what I was asking for! The manager called me the following Monday June 22, 2026 to discuss the issues with me and told me he would be ordering the parts and would call me "tomorrow". I called again July 16, 2026 as I still had not heard anything. As I sit here almost 3 months now from when I initially picked up my vehicle (just short of 5 months from my accident) my vehicle is still not repaired correctly and I do not have a timeline as to when that will occur, I do know I will still have a minimum of 2 more trips to this shop for this one repair! *photos are after they attempted to "fix" the issues.

  Loved the customer service here! Allison, Mike , and I think it was Nick, they were all superrr helpful. A little back story - my car was hit while it was parked so we had to go through their insurance. Allison made SURE I was taken care of - from the rental to the updates on parts! I swear she THAT GWIRL over there! All in all amazing place to take your car to and I will Deff be back for any future issues! Thanks yall so much!

  I waited a while to write this review to give me time to process however just today I noticed even more things wrong with the repair. I was in an accident where my bumper was lightly scuff, trim was broken on top of the bumper, and the collision detection had issues. After taking the car in and paying for a rental for the week it came to Friday without update. I was told they would contact me Friday morning at the latest so I could contact the rental place and extend if needed. I had to call them at 4:30 PM to get an update. They needed more time until Monday to fix. They informed me also because it was enterprise and it was connected to the collision and I wouldn't have to call to extend, this was not the case. Monday comes around and no update as of 4PM so I called again. It will be ready by end of day. So I go to pick up the car and they give me keys and I notice right away the trim piece was half the size it should be (which looks terrible and would let water run down in and behind the bumper) I explain it to them and they eventually say they will contact insurance to get approval for one that will actually fit. I immediately notice on the way home that nothing was done with the collision detection because the light was still on the dash. I call them and at this point they say I had spliced wires into the breaking harness and they could not do anything with it. This was not the case there was a third party plug that made it so no modifications to the OEM harness was needed. I called back a week later offered to show them nothing has been modified so I scheduled appt to go and show them. This happened and they see that no modifications were done to the harness and I left the third party plug disconnected. They then had "Their guy" that does these type of repair look at the blind spot sensor. He then reported to me that the reason the light came on was due to corrosion not because I had been rear ended (which caused the wires to be snapped off of the harness)... Absolutely horrible communication skills and absolutely do not recommend. I just was looking months later at my tires (near where the bumper is) and they did not put any of the clips back into the bumper! That was the bit that made my write my very first google review. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I worked in a Autobody/Service department for a couple years and have had work done other places and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had.

  Excellent customer service. Nick was outstandingly helpful with explaining and helping us make the right decisions. Will use Gerber moving forward with any body work because of his patience and helpfulness. Highly recommend using them!

  They repaired some front end damage on my 2024 Ford Maverick. I worked with Nick who went to war getting the absolute best parts for the repair. I appreciate the amount of care and time that went into this repair.
