  In May of 2024 I hit a deer and my insurance company suggested Gerber. I've had to have my car back a minimum of seven times now. The first thing was the plastic bumper that clips in up front was reinstalled incorrectly and it fell off on the highway literally I picked up my car from Gerber took it on the highway and the front bumper fell off. Then, some of the trim on the door they replaced didn't wasn't in place properly and the wind noise on the new door was much louder than the others, so they looked into that and while they clicked the trim back into place they loosened my door up and now the whole thing wiggles although admittedly the noise is less, and then my headlight started killing light bulbs and they made me bring it back four or five times because they just thought it was the bulb or they thought the bulb was installed incorrectly, anything but replace the actual light fixture which they finally did. And now here it is May of 2026 and the clear coat is peeling off of the front quarter panel they worked on. Nowhere else just there. And I have to say I don't want to take it back there I think these guys are clowns. My advice to you is to never take your car to gerber. Never.

  What a disastrous place I’ve been wasting time for almost 6 months and my patience with this place today in the morning I brought my car back because they were going to repair what they broke and it turns out that they fixed it but they break another part I can’t anymore with this place don’t come here ever if I could not give any rating to this place I would I am very disappointed and very stressed with this situation I have stopped going to my work to bring my car here and it gets worse every day

  Horrible experience, they are scammers and not at all professional, liars, you take your car and they return it to you long after the estimated normal time, you go to the first of countless times to complain and they tell you that whoever attended you is no longer in that job, they break pieces unrelated to the problem from which you took the car, nothing at all good work, very bad job if they can’t stick a plastic right there they stick a screw or whatever they find and thus break your car more, My car entered the workshop on October 28, 2025, it was returned to me more than three times incomplete and with parts of it that were lost and to this day, March 20, 2026, I am still claiming the bad work so that they fix my car well and put the plastics as it should be professionally since it was not given away it was a well-charged service by this workshop,,, I would like to talk to the direct owner of this workshop without intermediaries to expose my situation,These photos below are after having repaired something that is visibly noticeable and every time they gave it to me supposedly ready it had some piece missing or still broken

  I had a very unpleasant experience with them. I took my car to them because my insurance suggest me to take it to them. I got thr text massage that they are on the schedule fixing my car. I called them on the schedule date they said I can pick up my car. When I told to them (remind you they don't call, you have to call always) what time I can come pick up the car. They said it on the cleaning right now. They will call me when it is done. They didn't call me, I call them and come to find out they haven't even touch my car. They said it will be done by next day. I call them the next they they said the parts comes damage. It had been 20 days and 2 days past the pick up date and they are saying the parts come damaged and had to reorder it. They again give me the pick up date. On that day I dint call them hoping to get the call from them for pick up. I never got call from them. They next day when I call them ther representatives who pick up my call told me the parts are delay again. They are one of the worst collisions repair in Lansing. They said they have 500 locations Nationalwide but with the service of negative 500. They are rude, unprofessional individuals. They look customer as money machine only. They don't respect you or their own promises to fixed on time. I would suggest you to avoid them for your repair. I would not wish but if you ever got into accident and insurance suggest you to take your care to this collision repair. Tell them to find the next one. I will never come back and suggest you all and to my close friends not to go here
