  My rental broke down on my way to work. I had a coworker come pick me up. When I called Enterprise they said they will have a car for me after 2. When I called to see if I could come at 1 he tells me they don't have a car until 2 and that's ok. I told him I don't have a ride and he says call Uber or lift. So i have to pay for the rental and pay Uber. And I see them picking people up and dropping them off. He was so rude. The only nice person at the Michigan spot is the store mgr.

  The staff was courteous and followed up after my rental, which I appreciated. My only concern was that the vehicle was rented to me with a front bumper cover that had come loose and was separating from the car. That should have been caught during inspection before the vehicle was rented. Overall, customer service was good, but I hope they improve their vehicle inspections.

  I would be careful on the information you give them, as I told them we were dropping the car off in a different location the lady repeated everything back to us but when we dropped it off we noticed she said we were going to bring the car back to their location on the paper. So the deposit we gave was voided out from their mistake. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the car was decent and was well on gas.

  Very disappointing experience. I reserved a pickup truck online, confirmed it over the phone before coming in, and only after arriving was I told I couldn’t rent it because I’m 21, despite my reservation being accepted. The manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to listen when I showed him the policy. When I asked if they had another vehicle or if they just didn’t want to serve me, he replied, “Both.” I’ve rented from Enterprise before without any issues, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

  We had exceptional service! The staff went over and above to make our experience great. Claire is very awesome - if we need a rental again this location will be our choice.
