  This was so disappointing. Don't believe the vehicles that are available to reserve online. They call back to say they don't have any vehicle with the seating that I reserved, and can't even guarantee that a smaller SUV will be available. Complete waste of time.

  Final price was hundreds over verified reservation in my email. Was offered no solution other than to call customer support, which I’ve done twice and both times was told billing was calling me back. Still hasn’t. Ordered a bettter car thru Expedia for a fraction of the price.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with Enterprise regarding an unfair cleaning fee has been an absolute nightmare. They withheld my deposit for cleaning even though there was absolutely no damage to the vehicle. To make matters worse, they even blocked me from renting from them again. I involved the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, but they did absolutely nothing for me. Avoid this company at all costs."

  My rental broke down on my way to work. I had a coworker come pick me up. When I called Enterprise they said they will have a car for me after 2. When I called to see if I could come at 1 he tells me they don't have a car until 2 and that's ok. I told him I don't have a ride and he says call Uber or lift. So i have to pay for the rental and pay Uber. And I see them picking people up and dropping them off. He was so rude. The only nice person at the Michigan spot is the store mgr.
