  My agent was friendly and made small talk with me, asked what I was up to today... I told him I was renting a car so I could go see my very sick father at the VA hospital in Ann Arbor. He gave me the courtesy of extending my rental time for no extra charge so I could have a few extra hours with my dad. I can't tell you how much that time meant to me. Thank you Enterprise!

  Excellent service from Enterprise! The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The rental process was quick and smooth, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. There were a few questions during the return process, but they immediately said there was no problem and quickly returned the deposit, which I really appreciated. I can confidently recommend this company. Wonderful people work there, and the customer service is truly top level.

  The people at the 2311 E. Michigan Avenue branch in Lansing are professional and efficient. They made our rental experience so easy! I highly recommend that branch. Those folks are top-notch!!

  I loved the personal attention that the staff gave. Also, Enterprise makes it so simple to rent. From pickup at the auto body shop right to leaving the rental at said body shop, this was a very no-stress transaction. Lastly, I did not realize that I would consider the Hyundai Kona as a possible replacement vehicle during my rental period. The car handles quite well . TY
