  There was absolutely no mention of a lack of rental cars when I made the reservation! After arriving and paying a significant Uber fare, I was simply told, "Sorry, we’re out of rental cars." The only vehicle available was the wrong model. An absolutely terrible experience!

  Was getting cars from here consistently the latter half of 2025. Since then I acquired a few vehicles and a motorcycle and haven't needed a rental until both vehicle had issues simultaneously. Filed an insurance claim on one and had questions about how long I was going to have the rental. Claire stayed in touch with me and not only let me when the vehicle was supposed to be due but even told me I technically could have it until statefarm submitted necessary information for it to be official. Got an extra 2 days off her advice and didn't pay a dime. 💯💪

  A massive shout out to Claire and Michaela for coming through in the clutch to get me in the car I needed at the last 10 out of 10 experience and was the highlight of my day

  Ordered a convertible on the website and got call day before reservation saying that they did not have any convertibles available and they could give me a sedan. Called corporate for them to find me a convertible nearby and they said that area manager would reach out ASAP to find something. Crickets (no call from area manager). Very disappointed, ruined our Father’s Day weekend.

  THE CAR WAS NICE TO DRIVE AND GOT GREAT GAS MILEAGE. WE ALSO GREATLY APPRECIATED THAT WE WERE ABLE TO RETURN THE CAR IN NEWARK, NJ EVENTHOUGH WE RENTED IT FROM EAST LANSING MI WHERE MY DAUGHTER HIT A DEER. SHE HAD JUST GRADUATED COLLEGE AND BECAUSE THE REPAIRS WERE TAKING LONGER THAN WE ANTICIPATED WE NEEDED TO RETURN THE CAR CLOSER TO OUR HOME IN PENNSYLVANIA. THE AGENT IN EAST LANSING, REESE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AT NEWARK WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND MADE THE RETURN OF THE CAR VERY EASY IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION. WE WILL DEFINTELY USE ENTERPRISE IN THE FUTURE FOR OUR CAR RENTAL NEEDS. THANK YOU!
