My family and I bought a car from Diego.. Everything seemed amazing. It happened on a Friday. Me and my fiance and his brother went in there. They didn't put my name on the loan like it was supposed to be on there. Instead they put my cosigner as the only one on the loan who has crappy credit. So instead of paying an interest rate of I don't know probably 10% or so. We're ending up paying almost 25% on a 5-year contract... That's $18,000 for a car that had a $7,000 sticker price and I put $1,500 down on... There was agreements that were made Friday with things that needed to be fixed with the vehicle. Here we are 2 months later and they're ducking and dodging and not trying to fix the things that were agreed upon. Now we're stuck paying for a car that don't even run. Diego is a slime ball and nobody should buy a car from him. Hello, I am following up again regarding the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. It has now been approximately two months, and during that time the vehicle has only been inspected. I was provided a list of repairs that your dealership agreed to complete, as well as a separate list of items I would be responsible for. I have already requested that the dealership proceed with completing the items that were agreed upon as part of the sale. In addition, I have text messages from after the sale in which I had to reach out multiple times to my sales representative to get clarification, and in those messages I was told that certain issues were mistakes on the dealership’s part and would be corrected. Despite that, I have not seen those commitments followed through. At this point, I am requesting that the dealership complete all repairs that were agreed upon, in writing or verbally, at the time of sale and immediately after. I would like a clear timeline for completion. If I do not receive a response or a plan to resolve these issues, I will be escalating this matter by filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and pursuing further remedies through small claims court if necessary. I would prefer to resolve this directly with the dealership without outside involvement. Please respond as soon as possible.

Bought a car. Had an agreement to get things fixed on it and they lied completely. Here we are 2 months later and I got a car. I can't even drive.... Will be shopping here again. Diego was fun, friendly and not pushy. He sincerely wanted to help us get the car we wanted and made sure it was in tip top shape. Ollie was awesome helping us with getting the financing we needed. The environment is like a bunch of friends hanging out, everyone was warmly welcoming!!
