800+ credit score out of state buyer trying to get more information on a C63s they are selling and did not disclose online or over the phone that it was a TOTAL LOSS vehicle. When I tried asking for more information I was completely ignored for a week straight by 3 different employees after asking numerous times for more details and pictures. I guess they don't like selling cars here lol… A good dealership will answer your lead and questions immediately to earn your business. Not hide photos and details about a total loss. Shady and unprofessional.

Paul and Mandale went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase. Thanks! The whole team at Empire is 2nd to none. This is my 3rd vehicle from them, and Empire will continue to be the first place I look!

Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Empire. In my experience, the owner’s conduct was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase turned into an incredibly costly and stressful situation. I am also deeply concerned about the quality of the repairs performed by Gabriel’s Auto Repair, the repair shop associated with Empire. The workmanship I experienced was extremely poor and, in my opinion, raised serious safety concerns. I was left dealing with problems that should have been addressed properly in the first place, resulting in thousands of dollars in additional expenses. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to do your research, have any vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic, and carefully document every transaction and repair. I am sharing my experience because I would hate to see someone else lose thousands of dollars and endure the same frustration and aggravation. Consumers deserve honest communication, competent workmanship, and vehicles that are safe—not excuses, poor repairs, and unexpected expenses. Please share this and help other potential customers make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money.
