  While my tire service was fine except I told them my spare only had 4 lugnuts on and the 5th with my lugnut lock was in my cup holder. I got home and realized my 5th lugnuts is still in my cup holder so they didn’t use my key to remove my lugnuts or put my 5th on. This is the 2nd time I have been to a Belle Tire where they have told me I need thousands of dollars of work and when I take to my normal mechanic all is fine. I also had told them my I took my vehicle there this last week they quoted me $2,300 for new struts, shocks and rear brakes. They said my struts were leaking and that my rear brakes were at 2 mm. I took to my normal mechanic my struts were not leaking and my rear brakes were at 5mm. Sad a company tries to take advantage of people. Once I need to replace all my tires I won’t be back to Belle Tire.

  This place has people standing around and then they tell you they can’t get you in. I bought first set of tires was painfully inadequate. Second set of tires I had a slow leak. Got there early in the morning saw people standing around. And they proceeded to tell me it would be six hours or more before they could get to my tire leak. I can only tell you I went to Tuffy muffler across the street and they fixed my leak for free within 20 minutes. This establishment needs to be investigated as far as I’m concerned. Horrible service horrible attitudes. I’ll never go back there.

  Only get tires from here. They wanted to charge me over $6k for brake job, where another mechanic, Adado, would do it for $1k. Only reason I gave an extra star is because the robbery quote was free.

  Went to get my brakes checked. My brakes were recently changed 4 months ago and was told i needed all of them changed and more. Gave me an estimate total of $5,977.42. When I refused, they gave me my car back and felt that it was worse after they've seen it. Feels like they damaged my car more on purpose. Avoid this place if possible.
