Unsafe and unreliable, AVOID! Waited around four hours to have my tire repaired that I purchase from there. They claimed it was fixed but was flat again within two hours of them “repairing”. Obviously they didn’t check it with soap and water after they “repaired” my tire.

It the little things. Not only did they patch my tire and put it back on, they put the spare and all the tools i used to swap tires earlier back in their places. I dont always do that for myself even

I bought tires in November 2025 from the Belle Tire on Homer in Lansing. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, so the sales associate recommended another brand. While my original choice had a Visa gift card rebate, the tires he recommended had $60 Belle Bucks -- vouchers he said would be good for a future service. He put the vouchers with the tire warranty into an envelope, and I put them in my glove box until August 2026, when I decided to have my tires rotated and get an oil change to use the Belle Bucks. After the service was completed, I tried to use the vouchers, but they had expired in May and the sales associate would not honor them. I drive a hybrid and don't need service very often -- and I usually use my local mechanic -- so I was surprised the vouchers would expire. The sales associate was rude and had very poor customer service skills. The next day I got a survey request. I gave a very low rating, commented that yes, they could contact me and my preferred contact was email. Shortly after, I got a phone call that went to voice mail. I decided to call back and was put on hold twice. I hung up. I'll take my business elsewhere and highly recommend that others choose another service. If they have a deal with vouchers or coupons be sure to avoid such offers. I felt swindled and frustrated. I would have gotten my oil change at my local place if I had known the vouchers wouldn't be honored. When I showed the vouchers at check-in the original associate said they should be usable -- but he didn't check for an expiration date. Annoyingly, I still have to use Belle Tire for my "free" tire rotations and tire service.

Vert was very helpful and explained all my options. They fixed my tire, kept me informed, and made everything easy to understand. I highly recommend!

While my tire service was fine except I told them my spare only had 4 lugnuts on and the 5th with my lugnut lock was in my cup holder. I got home and realized my 5th lugnuts is still in my cup holder so they didn’t use my key to remove my lugnuts or put my 5th on. This is the 2nd time I have been to a Belle Tire where they have told me I need thousands of dollars of work and when I take to my normal mechanic all is fine. I also had told them my I took my vehicle there this last week they quoted me $2,300 for new struts, shocks and rear brakes. They said my struts were leaking and that my rear brakes were at 2 mm. I took to my normal mechanic my struts were not leaking and my rear brakes were at 5mm. Sad a company tries to take advantage of people. Once I need to replace all my tires I won’t be back to Belle Tire.
