  BEWARE. I recently had my tires replaced at this location and arrange to pick my car up after hours. Not only did they not leave the keys in the car for me to pick up, the new tires were all under inflated, missing the valve stem covers and a bolt cover for my tire was missing. I called five times five different days asking them if they had the nut cover or would replace it. Each time I was told a manager would call me back except for the last time when I was hung up on. I'm very disappointed with the level of service we received and feel the staff does not care about customers or take pride in doing their job correctly.

  I will never go here again. I made an appointment and still waited 2 &1/2 hours for two tires. Aside from that, they are not even polite. Some basic customer service skills go a long way when your customers have long, unavoidable waits. I will just stick to Budget despite the longer drive.

  Had to get a tire patched up and they fixed it right away. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It didn't cost a leg and an arm. Previously went to a different place and they tried to get me to spend 1500 on new tires. Belle tire just saved me money and stress.
