  I cannot say enough great things about Deonte at AutoZone on W. Saginaw Highway in Lansing, Michigan. His customer service is truly second to none, and he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, Deonte took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understand exactly what I was trying to fix. He didn’t rush the conversation or make me feel like just another customer. Instead, he communicated clearly, asked the right questions, and used his knowledge and attention to detail to help me find the correct part the first time. What impressed me the most was his dedication to making sure everything worked properly. While I was installing the part in the parking lot, Deonte actually came outside to check on me and make sure everything was working as it should. That level of customer care is extremely rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of employee and person he is. Deonte has an outstanding personality and a genuine passion for what he does. He takes pride in helping customers, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you understand exactly what you’re purchasing and why it’s the right solution. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make every interaction a positive experience. AutoZone is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Deonte on their team. He treats every customer with respect, kindness, and patience, and it’s obvious that he truly cares about helping people. Employees like him are the reason customers return time and time again. In my opinion, Deonte absolutely deserves recognition and a raise for his exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to every customer who walks through the door. Thank you, Deonte, for your outstanding service and for setting the standard for what customer care should be! Give him a HUGE Raise!!!!! You need to keep him around!!

  Only AutoZone I've ever visited to reject used oil because it was in a used/emptied soap container.
