  My experience with AandJ Has been awesome. They’ve been there for me and my family for two or three decades and just recently They replaced my transmission and they even let me borrow their loaner car, which was very grateful and blessed for letting them do that for me. They’re awesome and very experience and caring people like I said they showed it to me right away. Thank you.

  i’ve taken my buick Juni to A&J three times now and every time, they’ve treated me with kindness and promptly told me what was wrong with Juni (or wasn’t wrong). Their speed on diagnosis and fixes has always been done quickly. Pricing always seemed reasonable as it’s being taken care of by professionals. I will continue taking Juni here every time something needs done.

  Good Service, but not good mechanics. They told me I had a bad FDPM. Then the next day it went bad because they installed a defective part they claim. Then they installed another one and my car did the same thing. The FDPM was $328. They then went into my tank with a Laboscope and realized it was a bad spot in my tank. The inconvenience of having to take my car there 3 times and paying for a FDPM and a fully body diagnostics that wasn’t accurate really pushes me away from taking my car here for any other services

  My experience with A&J Transmission was less than ideal. After experiencing some issues with shifting I brought my car in for a test drive. A tech drove it and ran the scanner on it free of charge. The tech said there was a code for a torque converter shudder, and explained nothing else. I asked what the assessment and repair of this looks like and he said he would know more by doing a full diagnostic. I set the appointment for this upon their recommendation. I dropped my car off the following week for the full diagnosis at 12pm. By 4:45pm I had not received any update or call notifying me my car was ready, so I called instead. The receptionist gave little to no information and told me I had 10 minutes retrieve the car before they closed. When I arrived they stated they recommend a complete transmission replacement with no real evidence or diagnosis. I searched for more information and was met with a defensive attitude. I paid for the same information I received with the free test drive. Please try other options for a diagnosis before you come here.
