  I went to another quick oil change place in saline recently for work car, stopped here Sunday at 11 and definitely a completely different experience, 5 star experience

  Harden and Austin did an AMAZING job!! They were the only ones working and the service was absolutely perfect. Very fast and efficient as always. I'll definitely keep coming back

  I was happy with the service and the attendants However the oil I prefer to use wasn’t in stock, I had to use a synthetic blend instead of conventional oil I drive an older vehicle and only use conventional I was told that I would get a discounted price since the other option was not available which I did get a discount but then I wasn’t able to apply a coupon on my service so I paid much more than I normally do. I’m not sure if I will be using your services in the future.

  Techs were very friendly and professional. They also got me in/out quickly and explained everything service they were perfroming.

  Not happy at all so a few months ago I went to this Valvoline to get an oil change and they spelt oil all over my oil cap and down the side of my engine, so I called corporate and they had this valvoline shop call me and said bring it back and they would clean it… so why they didn’t clean it the 1st idk.. then I decide today to give them another shot and now this time they spelled oil from my filter all over my under body shield so they decided to tell me I have a leak. I haven’t had a leak anywhere. I’ve been parked since I’ve had this truck. I would know I park on a concrete pad.. never using Valvoline again
