  Oil change and gone! Fast and friendly service! No funny business here! Hardin and the staff do a great job keeping the shop clean and running efficiently.

  They never even checked my tire pressure, and they didn’t show me the oil level before I left. I had to check it myself when I got home. For the price you pay, I expected a much more thorough service. It seemed very inexperienced and disappointing.

  A lot of audible joy in the shop, but a disconcerting lack of communication and abundance of goofiness. This isn’t bad, but employees seem inattentive and I think I’ll be going to the dealership next time. EDIT: Star removed. Pretty disappointed by my service today. I had to remind the techs to check tire pressure, nobody checked fluids or mentioned them to me, and they didn’t ever check my lights. Manager was on a phone call when I pulled up and the kids just started poking around under my hood before I even turned off my engine. I turned it off on my own and threw the keys on the dash like they normally prefer. My engine light was on and I mentioned this, but nobody seemed interested and it wasn’t reset. This is as a fairly expensive visit for half of the services to be forgotten. I guess the Sesame Street voices were creative and fun, but I’d rather just have a clear conversation. I want folks to have fun at the workplace, but I think there needs to be a modicum of professionalism. You can even pretend, but that shop did not assure me that I was in trusted hands. I will be scheduling with the dealership and I think I’ve had enough of Valvoline services. This trend towards lax unprofessional service has only been increasing over the last few years.
