  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. Before I arrived, I was offered a complimentary vehicle upgrade, which I accepted. However, when I got to the branch, I was told I would need to provide an additional credit card to receive the upgraded vehicle. This requirement was never communicated in advance. The manager also charged deposits to two separate credit cards without clearly explaining the process. In addition, I was using Enterprise Rewards free rental days, but the manager never clearly communicated that those reward days were being applied. The customer service throughout the transaction was consistently rude and dismissive, both when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned it. Rather than responding professionally with “yes” or “no” to straightforward questions, the manager repeatedly answered with “mm-hmm” and “mm-mm.” I found this unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers deserve clear, courteous communication, and this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. When I raised concerns, they were brushed aside and attributed to “the process” rather than acknowledged or addressed. To make matters worse, the vehicle I received had only a little over half a tank of fuel. When I questioned this, I was told that it was within Enterprise’s standards. While it may meet company policy, I don’t believe customers should receive rental vehicles that aren’t provided with a full tank. Overall, the experience was poorly communicated, lacked professionalism, and left me feeling that my concerns were not valued. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Enterprise location.

  Lu and Brendan were extremely professional, they worked with me and my family that were traveling from abroad Service was excellent. They went out of their way and accommodated every request to the best of their abilities and provided an excellent service. Car was clean and very comfortable. Best rental agency in the area!

  Staff not helpful or caring, especially the manager. Cars were not readily available, selection was so poor, car I had was smallest car I’ve ever seen, shouldn’t even be part of inventory.
