  I thought I had a good experience then I didnt.I went in for a new tire shortly after that my brakes went out I had a different auto shop look and they told me whoever was the last under my hood put coolant where the brake fluid should be they said it was a $1800 mistake,I called belle tire and asked if they had put the fluid in and the man said 99.9 percent they did. I've had this car for 5 years never a problem until I got this tire. I didnt want any conflict and the manager of course denied it I was sorry I had called him until family and friends even strangers thought it was b.s that belle tire would not take responsibility. The other auto shop gave me $350 because it was beyond repair now im stuck for the whole summer without a car.also after hearing others getting told they need alot of work same here in fact $5000 worth of work! 5 yrs never had a problem with this car and I feel like a idiot for just sticking up for myself, im a senior citizen and I think they took advantage of me.

  Completely waste of time and money. The free tire patch is so they can build your trust to scam you for the rest of your life. When my car wouldn't start, I called to see if they could do something about it. They said bring it in. I had it towed there and then They told me the next day they didn't handle that sort of thing so I had to pay to get it towed to another place. Another time they quoted me $1200 to replace my struts and tried to scare me into not driving the car. They claimed the parts cost 600 when the exact part numbers only totaled 160 on rock auto, and takes 2 hours to do max.

  I've generally enjoyed the service at Belle Tire, especially their support for women. However, during my recent oil change and tire rotation, I noticed a Dorman screw chamber broke, probably from using power tools instead of hand tools. When I picked up my car, I saw the check engine light came on, with a code pointing to an unsecured air filter fuse. Interestingly, inspecting filters by opening compartments is part of the oil change, but replacing filters in those already opened compartments was quoted at an extra $200—quite a steep markup on parts costing $26.99 and $19.99. Overall, it wasn't the smoothest visit, Belle Tire.

  Stop in for regular maintenance and an oil change. I drive thousands of miles monthly so I need a reliable shop for vehicle maintenance and I chose Belle Tire for not only their service, but also for the location of shops across Michigan. No matter the area I'm in, Belle Tire is sure to have a presence there.
