  On 7/1/2026, I went to have 3 tires replaced and during their inspection they advised me of a Lateral Link/Arm needing replaced, then a 4 wheel alignment as well. Total cost was going to be $623.85 and that they would only stand by the cost for the repairs for 14 days. I Secondly got a verbal quote for a transmission flush on the same vehicle and I was told it would $380 to $450 dollars depending on the amount of fluids required. I advised them that I would think about it and then thought I would get a second opinion and took my car to the GMC Dealership and had them inspect the same parts that I was told at BelleTire that needed replaced. Well, the GMC Dealership advised me that nothing was wrong and no parts were needing replaced. Secondly got a quote for the transmission flush at the GMC dealership too and it came to $279.53 out the door. So, this will be the last time I have any work done at BelleTire as I they are not being truthful as I was told parts needed changed along with over pricing for other work to be done too.

  JD and the crew always take great care of our cars. Whether it's tires, brakes, suspension, or alignments, my kids and I can count on them to perform the work properly and on time. Also, the customer bathroom is cleaner than most restaurant bathrooms I have been in!

  Employee tried taking advantage of my son by ripping him off. I sent my son to in to have a flat tire fixed on his vehicle. The customer service person told us it couldnt be fixed and we needed to buy new tires. Reluctantly, we agreed and purchased 4 new tires. After installed, they provided my son with a quote for an additional $3,400 worth of work. The vehicle has 38k miles so you can imagine my surprise when I read they were recommending replacing the breaks, pads, rotors, shocks, struts, sway bar, and double charged for installation. I did take the vehicle for a second and third opinion and both told me the vehicle was perfect, no work repairs needed. Very disgusted at the zero integrity employees working at Bell Tire.

  J.D. was AMAZING! I'm in sales, and I broke the cardinal rule of sales, and that is to call around for pricing! I was in a bind, trying to help my mom and J.D. stepped up! Great product, great price and even better service! Told me to have her come up tonight, got her taken care of and out within a hour. And to top it all off, it was the price he quoted me, not a penny more! This man has earned both a customer and referrals for LIFE!

  Full experience review: I ran over screws in the Home Depot parking lot, changed my tire and headed to Belle tire Lake Orion for a patch. From the moment I walked into the door, James was highly professional and provided excellent customer service. He explained that since I ran over a solid group of screws, the patch couldn’t be installed. I was at 90k miles on my truck with the original tires having about 10% of life left so it was time to change all 4. I received a great quote and timely install. While installing the new tires the technician (Blake) noticed my shock leaking fluid so it was time to replace the front shocks. My truck was up-fitted with Fox 2.0 coil over shocks from the Roush dealership and I wanted the same installed. Since it’s a specialty part and Belle Tire’s part supplier couldn’t fulfill the order, I was able to purchase on my own and bring them to Belle for the install. The labor was reasonable from a cost perspective, but the service from both the customer facing representative (James) and the service technician (Blake) exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by their abilities to not only deliver what I wanted by adjusting the ride height of my front end, but also the professionalism they both held to a high standard. In short, I would highly recommend Belle Tire Lake Orion for any and all of your tire or vehicle needs!
