  Great customer service at the CIU location. Staff was helpful, assured me they would be available even though flight was delayed they stay until you arrive. They even offered to drive car up to front door. I had actually booked 2 reservations by accident and Shannon from National called to check that I wanted both. She took care of it immediately. Can’t say enough good things about these folks!

  Shannon really went above and beyond. I truly felt like family or a friend, not like a number. Customer service was top notch, making sure I was even aware of bridge closures. Communication was fantastic. Best service from any rental I have ever used. Will definitely use (especially this location) again. I will gladly suggest this location to anyone looking for a rental.

  The agent who greeted me was very nice, but the agency did NOT have the car I rented, gave me a smaller car and charged me for the larger car. I won't go back to National if I can avoid it in the future.

  Stephanie Maki was so amazing and accommodating! Nothing but exceptional service from her! She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience for the car I wanted. Her professionalism was A+. I will rent from here again!
