Amazing gas mileage, enough room for my extra passengers that were with me a few times, and an extremely safe and reliable vehicle! Robin is fantastic! But, in speaking on the phone with 2 other ladies, they seem knowledgeable and so kind as well. The staff there goes above and beyond to explain and help. If I ever need a rental again I DEFINITELY will return to Enterprise Rental at the Chippewa Airport!

- TMToya MMay 23, 20265.0Shannon is an amazing, Knowledgeable professional who showed my daughter and me kindness, engaged us in warm conversation, was so Personable, and was our superwoman. We can come in Friday, 5/15, for the weekend to visit Mackinac Island and the area around St. Ignace. Shannon called me the Wednesday before to let me know everything was ready for our reservation. Our Keys were ready on arrival; she gave us some great suggestions for sightseeing. She walked us out to our car rental and told us we could call anytime if we needed anything. We were about a block away when the low tire light came on; we called Shannon—she came out like Superman and saved the day. We followed her down the street to get air in the tire. Shannon put air in the tire and checked for a slow leak; sure enough, there was one. She thoroughly checked the tire with soapy water a couple of times, turning it outward and inward, as she confirmed it had a hole. Shannon did not bother us with worry; she got the process done quickly, helping us secure a better rental and get on our way. We totally love Shannon; she is a Joy to talk with and a rock star employee- we thought she was the general manager, on how excellent her customer service is. Thank you so much, Shannon!
